For the past year and half, I have been fighting a **** because this Express Urgent Care failed to **** for labs correctly. They coded about 12 lab reasons as miscellaneous. By do this it didnt provide a Medial Need as to why the labs were ordered and I got a **** for just under $800.00 dollars from ****************** I called and spoke with a ********** Blue Shield supervisor. This was months into the issue. She informed me these labs would be covered if they were coded properly. I made several attempts, to get this coding fixed and finally someone did re-code SOME of the labs. But not all. This brought my **** down to $411.00. Why not fix all the codes? Over this past year I have contacted Duke the manager of this Urgent Care and then he eventually stopped returning my calls. I am asking for the person who is above the manager to reach out to me so this issue can be resolved in full. Thank you,*****************************.
