      During our booking we were able to book for the dates Friday May 24th - Monday May 27th, we receved conformation that everything was processed correctly. Shorty after we received an email regarding a computer error and that we would need to select new dates. When trying to select different dates we found that those dates were not available either even though it was allowing us to select those dates on the website. Unfortunately due to not being able to select a date that will allow us to travel together I am requesting full refund of the 2 tickets that we were originally able to purchase for the dates of Friday May 24th - Monday May 27th. We did make every good faith attempt to accommodate their system error but unfortunately we were not all able to make the dates *****. I have attempted to contact the reservation entity by phone and I have yet to find a working phone number. I have attempted to resolve this through email and they have refused to refund the money.

      The date of this transaction was 25 January 2024. I put in for a lottery to obtain a campsite on the havasupai reservation for 3 nights. There was a $15/person fee to enter the lottery to try to obtain desired dates. There were 6 people in my group so I knew a $90 fee would be charged to my CC. I picked 3 preferred dates and then was given the option to pick an alternate month. My preferred dates were in April and the optional month I picked was October. I also did not allow the site to save my CC info. When the lottery was closed I received an email that said my dates of 6-9 October weee reserved and I was charged the full amount on my credit card of $2730. I immediately responded that I didnt pick these dates and I was not available to do this. I filed a CC dispute once the charge hit. The tribe provided the CC company with a *************************************************************** the interim, the tribe sent an email to all pass holders on 6 February saying anyone could cancel their reservations, but had to do so by 8 February. I submitted the cancellation, but never received any response. I saw that my campground reservation was cancelled on 8 February (when I pulled it up on the website), although a refund was never processed. I submitted documentation to the CC company showing all of this, but they cannot contact the merchant, they say. I have sent numerous emails and called the merchant and have NEVER received any replay, although I get a confirmation that they received my email. So, the reservation has been cancelled since 8 February, but the charge is still on my card. The credit card company says they cant do anything further and the merchant has not reversed the charge or responded over at least 5 attempts to contact. Here is the email for the tribe: ********************************************** This is the reservation number C3M6B8. I also have a friend who did the same thing and was told to confirm the date and then the charge would go thru. I was charged

      I paid $3,160 for a 8 permits. On May 26th, 2023, I returned 6 of the 8 permits. Per their official website, any permits sold on the official portal will be reimbursed for 90% of the original price. After I sold my 6 spots, I received an email stating " Holders of transferred reservations originally purchased before 8/12/2022 will have their transfer reimbursement issued via check...If you do not receive a check within 12 weeks of your response to this email, or if you have questions, please email." It is now September (almost 4 months later) and I have not received the nearly $2300 dollars owned to me. I have emailed 5 times now asking for more information on when I will get my money back and they just keep saying that they don't know and to be patient. They have a legal obligation to return my money and I expect my refund in a timely manner.

      Hi, I purchased permits from Havasupai Tourism way back in 2020. They were transferred 3 years forward while the tribe was closed for tourism from Covid (not a big deal, I understand). However, then in May 2023 I transferred the tickets to another person through the website and in doing so was supposed to receive my original amount (minus 10%) back for a total of $711. It's been over 12 weeks and I still haven't received a check for the refund amount. They have been unresponsive. I've reached out in email and ******** messenger and they will not tell me whether the refund has been issued.

      I placed a reservation to the Havaspai falls on the transfer/cancelation list 1 week before the scheduled trip, 2-3 days before the trip the Havasuapai tourism company either took the reservation down or the site glitched and took it off. I have watched the transfer list off and on for months and no reservation remains on there for long they are very quickly bought up. The tourism company had delayed responses to my initial email asking if the reservation had been bought by someone, by almost two weeks. When they did respond they stated the tickets were not bought and will not take responsibility or even acknowledge that their site glitched or they messed up and too my transfer off. They also refuse to provide any refund for the 4 tickets which amounted to $1580. Had the tourism site kept the tickets on the site or the site not glitched (I still have not been told which one occurred) they absolutely would have sold, every other date I have seen around that time sold quickly. We should be entitled to a refund of some if not all of the $1580.

      Booked a campground reservation for August *****, 2021. Due to COVID, they kept the reservation closed and deferred me to next year. Then, the reservation was again changed to 2023. Unfortunately those dates don't work for me. They agreed to refund. The problem is, I also had to book a Mule in anticipation of my visit but because there was a 2 year delay, I no longer am able to attend. I signed a non-refundable agreement for the year 2021. This is inexcusable for them to not refund my money when I won't even utilize the service. I'm frustrated at their bully-like tactics of enforcing non-refundable clause when it was them who didn't live up to their word.

      I originally booked a reservation for 2-27-21 until 3-2-21 to visit the Havasupai Reservation including mule transportation services. They canceled my reservation and are refusing to refund my $$$. They rebooked me for a date in 2023 which I did not agree too. They tried to get me to accept a new contract before they automatically rebooked me and I refused. I tried to challenge the charges with my CC but they said it was too long after the initial purchase. I've tried to email them and request a refund or for my request to be brought up to their indian councel and I receive no response. Now there system is saying they can't access their own system to access former credit card payments due to a dispute with their tourism company. This whole thing feels like fraud and misrepresentation. I don't want to visit this reservation in any way now. I just want a refund. Can you help?
