The glass in my oven door broke. **** was responsive ,on time and professional. He checked to see when the part was available important to me as I know how hard it can be to get appliance parts. He then scheduled a return time and replaced the glass . I would use him again and recommend him .Review from jc a

***** burn my dryer he was yelling at me at my house ripped me of *********************************************************************************** very bad experience so God will judge him so be, HE did not wanted to givre the parts he supposed replace. after burning the motor of the dryer he wanted 250 more dollars to buy another motor he is a very disrespectful and a dishonest men. please do not believe what he said he is a big liar.

THIS CUSTOMER BLAMED HIS AGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR ON ********* AND HE TAMPERED WITH THE ***** AND BLEW IT UP THAT IS WHY HE CALLED US OUT. UNFORTUNATELY BEING A SMALL BUISNESS MAKES YOU A TARGET FOR SCAMMERS. SINCE 2018 2TECHSLLC DOES NOT ACCEPT OR GIVE BAD BEHAVOIR ONLY SERVICE. THIS IS NOT AN ATTACK LINE. Our newer ** dryer had an issue with drying, due to lack of proper air flow. After contacting **, we were directed to **** of 2 Techs for service and repair. **** was able to **************** call the same day we called **. In ************, our dryer was repaired and back up and running.His diagnosis was spot on, and we were impressed by the speed and accuracy of the repair. Not only did he inspect every piece and part of the dryer, but he cleaned the insides; placed a shorter dryer vent on the machine (which improved the air flow tremendously) and pulled out fur, the equivalent of one large cat, from the guts of the **. Ugh!We rate this business with five stars. We're very impressed with the timeliness, cost and detailed repair which **** provided. I would recommend this appliance repair business to anyone; and will do so in future. Thanks 2 Tech. We appreciate you.
