      On December 7, 2021 I left my vehicle for an appointment @8:30 to start the process of fixing the hit. During that process the employee went around the vehicle to make sure there wasnt any prior damages so we dont get any surprises when I go and pick it up. He wrote down the vin number of my car. Today on December 22, 2021 as I was leaving the lot I noticed a crack on my windshield that I didnt have when I dropped the vehicle at Sands Collision Center ****************************************************************************************************. I spoke to the manger and didnt help the situation. Was trying to blame me for that crack.

      Our Body Shop Manager, *********************** spoke directly with this customer last night. She had multiple rock chips in her windshield and one had spread into a crack. I let the customer know chips will turn into cracks if not addressed early on. I explained to the customer due to temperature changes we are more likely to see these problems. We provided the customer a photo that shows the chip in her windshield upon arrival at the facility. We offered to help have her glass replaced under her insurance glass coverage but she informed us she does not have glass coverage. Lastly, I offered a reduced rate for the glass replacement through our sublet vendor. The customer declined

      My car key fob was working before I took my car in. We called the day we left the shop and noticed it wasnt working, they told us to come in anytime. I brought my car in and they told me to make an appointment. I made an appointment and they called to cancel it and refuse to look at it
