Date of transaction: 9/11/21 Amount of money you paid the Business: $10,000 deposit. Has been returned.What the Business Committed to provide to you: A New 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL Nature of the Dispute: The vehicle we were set to purchase (Vin #*****************, Stock #MH322383) was and is STILL listed (as of this morning, 9/17/21) as a NEW vehicle and it is actually a USED vehicle which does not include all standard Hyundai Warranties, specifically the 10 year/100,000 power-train warranty. This vehicle was presented as new throughout the purchase process and I only found out it was a Used vehicle a day later from another finance manager after he had to research why the vehicle did not come with the full standard warranty. We were also sold a third party warranty to cover the power-train and after further review of the contract, I found out that what we were sold would not cover the power-train at all!Rodeo Hyundai, now ***************** Hyundai HAS NOT tried to resolve the problem.
