Back in September 2022 I went to Perfect Teeth Waddell for a teeth cleaning. I have been going there for years and it has always been in network. They advised me how much my out of pocket would be for I believe a floride treatment or something not covered and I agreed to pay it. I also agreed and paid an amount to have a couple cavities filled when I came back in October 2022. Then afterwards I received 2 bills for a few hundred dollars because their new dentist was not contracted with Cigna or that's the reason they gave me. They said this was a mistake and they were going to write off the balance. I have been receiving bills and calls and collections notices for the last 8 months now. I went in person and have called multiple times and they keep telling me it will be written off but then the collection attempts continue to happen. Warning to all to not go here unless you want to be harassed to pay a balance that you were never told about in advance and hear false promises that it will be written off. Take your business elsewhere.
