Aug 23rd I emailed my 30 day notice. ***** responded and asked for me to jump on a call. I let him know my availability and he did not respond. I left for vacation the following week. During that time *** called and spoke to ******. He told her that if we needed help switching our CRM to let him know, that he didn't want there to be any "hard feelings".Sep 5th. Move the website over to wordpress. No Boundaries, has no access and is no longer working on the site.Sep 23rd No Boundaries automatically charges my card $256.47 on Saturday the 23rd. This is for billing period Sep 23- Oct 23, 2023 Sep 24th Sent ***** a response to his invoice stating I thought it was canceled Sep 26th ***** responds stating a 30 day notice must be given before they would cancel services. I responded resending him my original cancelation e-mail.Oct 4th ******** with No Boundaries called to tell me they accepted the 30 day notice, but there was not 30 days in between the date I sent the cancellation e-mail and the date they billed me.Oct 4th I responded that there was actualy 31 days inbetween Aug 21st and the September billing.Oct 4th ******************* the owner called me using a threatening tone and said "He was done playing nice" and if I had anything to say to him say it to his face. He was upset I got the Glendale Chamber involved October 4th ***** sends a Cease and Disist letter October 14th ***** agrees to give me a refund ONLY IF I PICK IT UP IN PERSON.I explained that I would send a male collegue as I do not feel comfortable being around ************ or his staff. To date ************ still has not issued a refund to the card he charged and is still demanding a refund be picked up by me only. His obsession with meeting me in person is becoming increasingly uncomfortable and unprofesional. I again ask that he refund the original card he charged.
