Ive been trying to get my existing original revocable living trust and prenuptial agreement documents back from Kramer for months. Our working relationship ended last summer when, in a phone conversation, **** Kramer refused to email me a draft of the new trust document to review. She said she would prepare the document, and then I would come in and sign it. I replied that I needed to examine a draft prior to coming in to sign something Id never seen before. She said that is not the way we do business. That effectively ended our working relationship. Since that time they have ignored my numerous phone calls and emails. I dont know if they ever actually prepared any documents. I was willing to pay half of their fee up front, but I was told that was not necessary. All I want is my two original documents back. Theyve never asked me for any money. I doubt that theyve ever done any actual document preparation, but I dont know since they refuse to discuss the matter with me. I need those original documents. They have not told me why they wont agree to let me come pick them up. I dont even know for sure that they havent lost them. I could sure use BBBs help.
