**************** Wyyerd Fiber was knocking at my door in the morning and my neighbor asked who they were and said they were a handyman and notified me which I thought was weird because I never contacted a handyman to fix anything at my apartment. I got home around 9 am and left around 11:30 AM no one came back to knock. I get another call around 1 pm saying a guy is knocking at my door and window again but this time she got a picture of the work *** he came from (see picture). He told my neighbor he needed to access my backyard to do wiring but I wasn't home to unlock the lock for him. Then I come home at 9 PM to see my backyard gate broken and knocked down where anyone who passes through my alley to see that it is open and they can enter. My personal belongings exposed because this internet company decided to break down my backyard gate and damaged it. I noticed they left the cabinet door open with the meters and wiring so that my fence wont fully fall back. They broke down my fence to my backyard to be left hanging by the lock. Now Im supposed to pay $400 to fix my fence when they could've just hopped over or used a ladder? This is ***dalism, property damage. I have opened my backyard for this internet company whenever they needed to when they first started a few months ago in 2023. They came today with no notice to me nor my property manager, they just came knocking at my door expecting someone will be home to give them access. Since they install wirings on buildings youd think that they would use their tall ladder to get over rather than breaking down a fence. Or better yet just breaking a $10 lock instead of breaking down a fence that is at most $400 to fix.

Wyyerd was installing their underground fiberoptics thru out our neighborhood and digging up everyones yard to install. They cut my artificial turf to install and put back incorrectly and it looks horrible, This was NOT to be cut (it is much like carpet) and ruins it when cut. Also ran over my yucca plant with equipment when doing so. We have reached out dozens of times to get this resolved. Each time they say they agree, and will get on it "asap". A week will go by and someone will randomly show up at the door , stating they were checking to see if done. No one has contacted up to get this resolved. I have repeatedly asked for a ****************************** to be sent to fix my yard they damaged and nothing happens. And now my emails etc are going ignored. Filing a formal complaint with AZ ROC as well against them. 100's of our yards were torn ** in some fashion to install this, and nothing has been fixed. I have been asking for over 2 months now with no response or resolution.

      Dear **************,

Wyyerd is always committed to repair or compensate for the damage that is occasionally caused by Wyyerd or one of its contractors during our fiber network construction. Wyyerd's construction team sent ***********, who was the contractor that performed the work near your property originally, to your home October 20th to discuss the damage at your property and to attempt repairs. Wyyerd's Inspector, *****, was onsite during this time and all parties agreed the repairs were not satisfactory. You stated that you would prefer to hire a landscaper of your choice to repair the damage. You agreed to invoice *********** for the cost of the landscaper to fix the damage and the replacement cost of the damaged Yucca Agave cactus. *********** has agreed to this arrangement. Please contact us if you have further questions or concerns regarding this matter.
