In Oct 2023 while attending the Stat Fair of ***** I was stopped by a sales person at the Global Frequency booth. They quickly get you to put on their bracelets, socks, cream etc. to show how much these items cure pain. I am 72 yrs old and have neuropathy in my feet and any relief would be nice. I was told the items were guaranteed for life and if they did not work I could rerun the items. I used the products as explained for several weeks and the did now seem to make any difference in the neuropathy problem. I called ********************* and talked to him and requested to return the tiems for a refund. I was willing to take partial refund since I had used the items. He asked that I put the laser in my socks all night long for a week and call him back. I did this and it still did not help. when I called him back and informed him of this he cut me short and said he was going in the bank and would call me back. He never did. I called numerous time and he would not answer. I waited for about a month and called back. I guess he had forgotten my number, and he answered. we talked for a short time and I once again requested some sort of refund. He said he would have to discuss it with his partner and she was cooking breakfast so he would call me back. He never called back and will not answer the phone when I call. I have left voice messages and no response. I feel this is very unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect and interest in his clients. I have always been very polite and straight forward with my calls. He seems to be a get the money and run individual. He preys on elderly people at these state fairs. He is no more than a snake oil salesman. Everything I have read about his magical lacer says there is no scientifical proof that it works. His claims about changing food and water should be seriously investigated so he does not take advantage of anyone else.
