      I contacted VetLinks Solutions in January 2024, sent in all required, documentation and signed and returned everything. I've been trying to increase my 90% to 100% and i have all the required paperwork, i just needed help with the procedural stuff. Fast forward to 8/1/2024, and Ree Medical now working on behalf of VetLinks Solutions is asking for everything that was already sent to VetLinks Solutions months ago. Also VetLinks said the payment would be deducted from any settlement, but Ree Medical requires upfront payment. If I had an extra 5K laying around, I could've paid an attorney's retainer. I feel I've had thousands of potential dollars taken not to mention i could've found an attorney to help if I knew VetLinks couldn't. Now I can't find an attorney to help without a release letter.

      In 2023 I contacted Vetlink Solutions to assist in filing a VA disability compensation. I went to the medical evaluation set up by REE Medical and for months never heard any updates. In the meantime I submitted my own Disability compensation claims through the **. Late 2023 vetlink solutions notified me that my claim was ready to be submitted and they would send me the information to upload. I never followed through with filing a claim utilizing vetlink solutions. On June 20, 2024, I received a phone call and email from REE medical/ Vetlink solutions stating I owe them $5000.00 for helping to get a disability compensation increase. Having never submitted a claim utilizing their service, I feel they submitted a claim without my approval which is not authorized.

      Im having problems with Vetlink solution in regard to my VA PTSD claim. This company is not returning my DBQs so that I can summit my claim to the VA for my disability compensation. I want to inform that at this time I feel this is a scam and this people have taking advantage of my information. The reason I feel that way is because I been dealing with this company since November 15th ************************************************************************ On top of that they will not help me summit my claim and then yet they still want 5 payments of 100% of my disability claim in which I believe is unfair that a veteran that have serve this country have to pay the entire 100% of the claim for 5 months to this type of companies. All I ask if for them to send my documents to me ASAP and stop wasting my time.

      The company originally said payment would be in the form of my award of veterans benefits adjustment! I was quoted and amount 3 months of the difference in my retirement payment a total of $1,200! Once I got my settlement from the VA vetlink tried to charge me $4,000 which was 100% of the settlement

      Transition occurred April ******. Refund request via email occured April 24. Refund was processed either on or before May 6 since the person I called said they could not find out when it was processed. They said it would take 7-10 business days to reflect to my bank. It is May 14 and I have not seen a refund. My major complaint about this company is the lack of communication regarding the refund process. I should have gotten an email or connected with someone directly who was in charge of processing my refund. Instead I got the run around and found someone willing to help that is not in the refund department. This was disorganization in their part. 2,895$ is a lit of money to be waiting around for.

      I called them and talked to ***************************** who stated she could handle my request for a increased VA disability rating. She requested approx $2800 for Vetlink Services. I paid the amount and then did not hear from them for 3 weeks. Then another lady called me and she seemed real vague and appeared to not know what she was talking about. I called ****** again and said i did not want to continue with Vetlinks services and requested a refund. She said she would have to call me back...and she did and stated they Vetlink would return the money i sent them...that was 2 months ago and have received nothing. I now can not get ahold of ****** or anyone live at that business.

      I originaly contacted Vet-link solution to help with a V.A. claim. after I signed a contract in early February.but canceled it via email and text message the very next day due to the fact I Decided I no longer wish to file a claim. I have contacted Vetlink via email, text message and **** letter informing them I do not wish to use any of thier services and revoked any and all right or priviliges to my personel protected information via email, text and **** letter.I have never recieved a reponse confirming they acknowledge . I have never participated in any phone calls, I have filled out no health questionaires and other than the first initial phone call expressing interest have never communicated with anyone at VET-link. However ,this company continues to send text messages and emails acting as if we have scheduled appointments or as if they are in some way interacting with me in a perfessional capacity. I have sent Emails, texts messages and letters saying I am not interested in filing a claim and repeatedly said to not contact me further. ****** as revoked any rights to my protected information and they do not respond and keep contacting me depite my actions. I would like acknowledgement that I canceled the contract the day after signing via Email and text. as well as acknowlegement of the revocation of any and all permissions to my personal protected information in its entirety.. We are not now nor have we ever been working together on a V.A. claim for submission. I do not wish to be contacted again.

      First time ever reviewer on anything!! In January I contacted Vetlink with some questions I had about increasing my rating. I agreed through a call with the VA to allow them to access my records. We spoke briefly and I was sent an email and the terms of the agreement. I had a few more questions but was ready to let them handle it. But since *** tried contacting them several times with no return calls I decided to at least get my questions answered elsewhere. But they wont answer anything because it appears that Im LOCKED in with a voicemail. No agreement beyond access no signatures nothing. VETlink .. if youre out there work with me, return an email, at least call me Please!!!!!! If not none of these are possible then Let my people go!!!!!

      I reached out to Vetlink solutions to help me get an increase from 90% to 100% in 2023. I know I put myself in this situation, but I didnt realize until it was too late with everything going on personally in my life at the time I not only had Vetlink solutions helping me, but another organization helping me too I swore it was just one organization. My issue is that the other organization has all the proper documentation stating they got my increase and I did get about $12,000 in back pay from my increase and gave them half per their contract.My issue is I feel like my last correspondence with Vetlink solutions was not good and I dont think I should be double paying for something that they didnt get me. The email I got from Vetlink was they were sorry I didnt realize I had two helping and they hoped itll get sorted out but their billing would be calling me on the 15th and I took that as a huge slap in the face. Im not happy about that response and this has been ongoing. Its stressful for me because we are talking a lot of money as a single mother and pretty much all my back pay and then some between both if I were to pay them too, but communication is horrible everyone who was on your side during the process you cant get a hold of, I dont want to go to collections, but Im wanting management to contact me to discuss the matters instead of getting the run around, and I have all the documentation stating that another organization got the increase and there were no other claims filed beside that organization. Im grateful for the increase and I know within a few months Id get my money back, but I dont believe I should be double dipped financially. I feel like this was a big mistake to have help and I feel very abandoned in what to do. Im willing to pay a little something I just dont think it should be almost $6-8k when Ive paid the organization $6k. I just figured this was the best way to stop getting the run around. Overall Im frustrated
