************************* came over and assisted us designing a landscape plan for our back yards we agreed upon terms and materials and costs. He invoiced ** for half the fund and agreed to start wrk on the following Wednesday. He collected 50% funds up front for materials. Upon the start date he was a no show. We received base but no other material. Upon messaging he stated he needed a week due to an issue with a job. He has now been a no call no show for a week. We have base still sitting and he wont return any calls or messages after taking our money.Initial Complaint

My wife and I hired Blue Dream Landscaping for some paver work and artificial grass for our front yard. Shortly after the installation, water started coming up from the paver work that was done. My assumption is that the waterline for the sprinkler system was never capped. I have been trying for two months (since January 4th, 2022) to get ************************* from Blue Landscaping to come back and fix the problem. We have been met with nothing but excuses and flat out lies as to when he and/or his team will come fix the issue. Every time ****** fails to show up he claims some catastrophe has occurred. Everything from COVID, to Hospitalization, to major mechanical breakdown, to I thought they came and fixed it already. We have the messages to support this and are fed up with the excuses. All I want is my water line fixed so I can water my front yard again. Please help.
