I purchased my 23 sorento in April and I have the vehicle in the shop now 4 times for brake issues. They have told me countless times its the rotors, which were turned 2 time and replaced 1 time. Here in the shop for the 4th and hopefully the last time. The dealership is starting to get on my last nerve, please just fix the rotors, pads and calipers. At this point you are wasting my time, which is losing me money.

If I could submit 0 stars I would. I came to this *** looking to trade in my 2022 K5 for a k5 with a sunroof. We found an incoming vehicle that had what I wanted, I put down $1500 immediately, no questions asked. They told me the car would be there the 24th of April. The salesman texts me on the 19th and sent me two window stickers, both the wrong car. I signed and paid for a white k5 with a sunroof. Im a rush to return back to work, I misread the sticker and agreed it was the vehicle with red interior. On the 22nd **** texts me and says the car is ready. I show up and its the incorrect car. They insist that I indicated I wanted a different car and that the one I SIGNED AND PAID FOR *** now be sold. No apology, solutions, nothing. Im disgusted with this business and do NOT recommend anyone do business with ****!

I purchased a 2021 TELLURIDE IN OCTOBER 2021 FOR OVER $50,000. I asked why was they charging so much when other *** dealers had it for $**,000. The salesperson told me that wasn't true that the demand of the car is high and if I went to the other dealership I would see the same process they had. This is my 4th car from here and it always a bamboozle moment. Anyhow, I went to update my plates and decided to check the value of my car. Well, low and behold I am now $26, 000 upside down in a loan. Let me be clear my credit was a 787 at time of purchase. The Telluride value right now is #**,000. How do I get out of this trap. I will NEVER DEAL WITH H33323538333733**3335H, AGAIN. I see why the employee turnover is so high. You have to be ***** to work there.

Went to three dealers today but my last was my best. I was met by a young man by the name of ******************************* that was just very delightful to deal with young and full of energy and knowledge made my decision very easy. I was in and out in less then two hours no pushy finance guy trying to sell extra warranties. Props to this young kid as he will go far.

If I could, I would give them ZERO stars! In 2019, I bought a KIA **** from Sands, that I believed had only 400 miles. **** week, I took it in to a KIA ****** in Peoria, 93rd just N if **** Road because I had received a notice of a needed update to some software installed in my **** and since I was going to be in that area, I decided to go there rather than Sands KIA.While waiting for the update to be installed, the repair advisor came to me and said I might need a new battery because the one installed showed it was 54 months old and getting a weak result. That surprised me since back in 2019, I was told it was a new battery! That prompted me to wonder about the background if my **** and how much it might be worth.I had a question about the book value of it, so I asked a salesman if he would check on it for me. When he returned, he showed me results of a Carfax inquiry he did on the ****. What he showed me made me angry.I was the 3rd owner (not the second), the **** had been in an accident, and the odometer had been turned back! I was incensed at what was shown to me! In 2019, the Sands salesman told me I was the second owner, he never mentioned the car had been in an accident, and the odometer was showing just a little over 400 miles. *** deceptive is that?I don't believe Sands KIA can be trusted.

I have read most of the negative comments, but having bought and owned my Kia **** from Sands since 2014, I consistently have my oil changed and any alerts sent by ********** have been repaired without charge. On Wednesday Dec. 1, I had four new tires replaced, oil change, and when asked to replace the front brakes, the mechanic said I did not need to. My service advisor has always been ******** who is a six year employee, and he is great employee. I probably did pay too much for my base 2015 ****, but absolutely love this Alien II (green) car and do not intend to replace it until the EV6 becomes available.

Monday, November 29th I texted with the salesman "T". Nice guy. Seemed honest.I stressed I was not going to haggle. My out the door price on the 2020 **************in Hybrid you have was $28,000.If that was not doable, thats fine. When he told me the prices, I said So I think we are too far apart. I do apricate your time though. He said Let me take your offer to my director. He repeated my offer to me, $28,000 cash including all fees.He said his director said Wow, thats an aggressive offer, but Im making bad decisions today, ask him to bring the offer in person.I told him I could be there by 6:00 pm last night. I STRESSED, I was driving 40 miles one way in 5:00 traffic. The price can not change from what we agreed upon.I said I already went through this with another dealership back in April, and I will not buy another car from them."T" was nice, gave me a good feeling about Sands, and maybe this would be a pleasant buying experience. I test drove around the block and I said I was ready to buy. He put in the offer as $28,000 with Tax and Title included.I had planned to pay that myself. So I was not surprised when that was rejected by the finance guy "I". I said no problem, Ill pay the tax, title, and document fees (but its a cash sale, so how many documents can there be). That brought the total up $4000 more. I made my final offer for $32,000 total out the door.It was rejected. I spent an hour and 10 min driving there, and hour going over the price, and an hour driving home.A total waste of my time. If the offer that I said in text messages (and stressed several times that was my top offer), was not good, why have me come down?I was very clear on that. I was told by "T" that he is upfront and transparent, if I knew we could not get there, I would have prepared you.NO. I was upfront and transparent in my price and what I could afford. Sands Kia was not. Before I arrived I gave my price. I thought it was agreed upon and understood I did not want to drive an hour and 10 min in 5:00 traffic to have a bait and switch. I have saved the text messages showing our conversation. This experience is why people hate car shopping
