      I ordered an XL pizza on 4.17.2024 and made sure to say when calling to place the order that we wanted the pizza to have extra sauce, due to having issues of dried pizza in the past from Barros. The girl on the phone understands and adds that to the order or so I thought. We pick up the pizza bring it hone and notice that the pizza is dry. I know everyone seems to be struggling but I would've never thought Barros would be going through it as well and having to cut back on their products and pleasing their customers. I had a wedding on 4.18.24 I know weird on a Thursday but it happened. I called the restaurant today 4.19.24 and the manager *** from Goodyears Barros said he wasn't going to remake the pizza do to not calling to let them know on 4.17.24. I told him I had the XL pizza almost full, missing 4 pieces my children ate, husband and myself all had 1 dried up pizza and that I could take it in to him. He didn't care and said he wasn't going to do anything for me. Where is the customer service at? I for sure won't be ordering from there, I'll stick to Domino's or Pizza Hut from now on. If someone can give me a call regarding this to give me a refund I would appreciate that.

      Recently I have noticed when we orde Barros pizza and do the $39.99 deal we have been over charged twice. When I told them because picking up it showed on register my total was $41.78 and I was charged $48. The register lady told me the manager told her it happens but when he closes out at the end it will adjust. Both times it did not adjust and was over charged. I have attached the total I was charged both times and total I have paid before and is the amount that I should be getting charged with the deal.

      We live in **** **. We went to the location in **** **. And we ordered everything that was on there menu and it was very done and wings were never done either. We always told them that the pizza and wings it never had alot of teriyaki sauce. And we paid $65.00 on the food because the food was never done. The owner said I wanted free pizza and wings and I really didn't he was always rude to me. They never really handled the problem either. We are recovering from covid and I'm on oxygen now. We are a disabled couple and they took advantage of us. Because rhe owner he is really rude and is people named ***** always made fun of me and laughed at me all a time I ordered food and that was location was at *********************************************** 480 834-1441.Resolution, we want our money back or a replacement. Thank you
