      Ordered 3 hats back in early December 2022. It said orders filled within 6 weeks. Received an email finally mid January 2023, stating what I wanted was out of stock. They gave me an alternate option that I agreed to. Ive still received nothing, no communication, nothing. Ive emailed them twice since then with no response. I feel like Im getting purposely ignored.

      I ordered 2 of their $75 hats on December 21st with a 5-7 business day shipping. I knew this would be a post-Christmas gift, but it now has been 4 weeks. I have sent 5 different emails to them asking for support, with zero communication. Not a single letter back with delays or anything. I have read reviews that they have responded to others, but not me. 5 emails and I am out of $150 plus shipping and taxes. I am so disappointed with this business and their lack of communication and their shipping. They are stealing money by not providing responses to orders.

      I ordered a hat from this company on 12/6/22, website says will ship in **** days. I have yet to receive the hat or any update. There is no way to call the company only email. I sent an email last week (website says 24hr response), have yet to hear back. I did some research and this seems to be a big issue with many customers. Can you please assist in helping me get a refund or find a way to communicate with the company?
