So far for work not begun ( as I terminated *********************************, Xxtreme Home Improvements) due to terrible workmanship and untruths, he has returned *****. He was paid over ******. Said he was roc, found out he was not. Told me he had a licensed electrician and hvac person, but then he says his guys can do, found out they are not licensed, same with plumber. The flooring has air pockets, lied and told my mom it would dissipate , it did not. The laundry room was expanded, and yet there is a hole in wall in the drywall due to needing reinforced wood for support, not done, lighting out in should have had dimmers, so lights flicker, outlet plates inadequate put in. Nails lets in molding. Left wood behind new stove he put in where he sloppily put in backsplash. All appliances were new that I purchased, and he put in, without the proper licensing. The window he removed for wall of cabinets was not reinforced with proper meshing on outside wall. All new door handles, latches and switch plates put on crooked, leaving unfinished wood showing. The patio room was enclosed without duct work and was not finished correctly, needs to be redone and most things now have to be inspected, repaired and put up to code. He has a habit of saying I did this for you for free, etc. when I noticed things that did not seem correct, and saying we will get back to it later when job is all done. He removed perfectly fine quartz that was to be reused for bathrooms, it was not, have no idea where it went. All the bathroom vanities were to be sanded, and repainted, correctly, they have to be redone. Paint job in house was sloppy, and cracks were not patched, just painted over, Only wanted cash in tens of thousands of dollars. I questioned why? I have licensed, with proof, (not just being told like ****** said he was ), contractors repairs being done. ****** when he began working with his men ( he was not here a lot ), would tell me dont tell my workers when I have drs appts or procedures.

First of all, I have never lied to her, I have always been honest from the beginning.
Regarding floors - we installed floating vinyl planks can not glued down.
Laundry room - There were no holes on the walls when we last worked there.
Lighting never agreed to install  dimmers
Outlets  we removed all outlets prior to painting the house, and we installed outlet plates back  on existing boxes that were installed by  builders.
behind the stove, size 1 x 1 - It was put in for us to install backsplash, we never the opportunity to take it down, because she fired us, her mother loved backsplash.
Appliances - She asked us to install back  the appliances, because her family from England and she needed it for her party, appliances installed correctly.
Window - We removed the window,  framed the opening up to code , added insulation, exterior plywood, paper and meshing, I also hired a stucco guy to do job.
Ductwork - Patio room - 2 things: The patio room has low roofing no room to install a vent the ** unit  does not support vent, she was told
No, I do not have the habit of saying I do work for free, me and my guys have family obligations, but I do like to accommodate my customers.
Numerous times she would stop us from finishing up and start other things that were priority to her, because her party .countertop - We did the best to remove old countertop, to fabricate and install on upstairs bathroom, laundry powder after fabricated the counter for those areas, she decided was not good upstairs bathroom, because she change tile she selected .Vanities - All of her vanities had water damaged , which her insurance never fixed so she asked to fix and reuse we took care of black mold all vanities made of particle board.Painting was not sloppily, it was finished by ******* guys I always at the job, always a chaos to a point my guys not want to work there but respect to me they did go back.Unfortunately for all of my customers, this is the first time we experienced this problem.

      Customer response

********************************* is a master of deception. One such example is his hvac excuse, why did he do a job that would not support an hvac addition, why did he charge me for it. As for the sinks, it appears what he said about mold was black paint. If it was mold why not call in a mold expert ? ALL CABINETS REUSED FROM KITCHEN CABIBETS DID NOT HAVE MOLD, HE DID NOT SAND AND PAINT PROPERLY. He knows nothing about insurance for vanities, no claim was put in. The lie about counter tops is that, I said that the old counter he had removed needed to match the tiles in bathtub area, he couldn't match. But the counters would have been fine to use in other areas, but it somehow disappeared. The window was not done to code, the wall put in does not have any required outlets. I did not stop his from doing work, he was fired. The party for English guests was at a hotel, not here. The appliances were bought from *********, install was done in March, my guests weren't coming until end of April.
He does not address the cash in tens of thousands, his checks wanting to be in his name, not wanting many to his company.
HE LIED AND SAID HE WAS ROC, FOUND OUT HE AND HIS CREW WERE NOT. ALL WORK IS BEING REFINE, FROM ELECTRIC TO WALLS TO PLUMBING.
HE DID THE SAME THING TO ********************* AT **** *********, **********. I WAS ABLE TO RESEARCH THE HOME HE DID BEFORE ME AFTER ****** WAS FIRED, AND HIS STORY IS JUST LIKE MINE.

AGAIN HE IS NOT LICENSED AND BONDED, NOT ROC IN ** AND LIED. HE CANT TAKE MORE THAN ***** FROM A HOMEOWNER IF HE IS NOT ROC IN **. BUT HE DID. BETWEEN MYSELF AND ***** HE TOOK OVER *******. ALL ILLEGALLY. HE IS A CON MAN. ON ALL HIS WEBSITES HE CLAIMS TO DO THINGS IN CONSTRUCTION HE LEGALLY CAN NOT DO.
