The worst business! Had 2 new tires put on, had to go back the next day to replace one they put in the back, 35 days later one of the tires needs to be replaced and they want to charge me, also never put my wheel lock bolt back on, in which the manager disregarded that it wasnt a big deal, when in fact its extremely dangerous! Stay so far away from this company! The manager is insanely rude as well.

invoice ****** (8-13-22) took my truck in for oil change after *********************************** my garage, take it into Dodge thinking there is something major wrong because I don't drive far, and am under a 3,000-mile oil change. They are like it's a generic filter that's leaking - frustrating considering an OEM filter oil change was the same price at the dealership.invoice ****** we take my kids car in we are told it's a valve cover gasket. Upon picking it up we notice it sitting in the parking lot with the window rolled down - ODD!! we start it, and the window won't roll up. We were not called and told that anything had happened to the car. We then agree with ***** to pay for the part, and he will cover the labor. We come back to pick up the car and we are charged full. ***** is not in, and we can't have the car till paid. We finally get ahold of him after a few days, and he tells us that all he can do is give 4 free oil changes. Here we are a little more than a month after this and my kid's car check engine light is coming on for the same issue. At this point why would I want my cars to be fixed at the Big O???I feel reimbursement needs to happen - this is absolutely unacceptable!!! I have spent $1210.31 of money that took me a long time to make and to now have to pay the same amont to get these things refixed is disheartening!!!!***************************Customer Response

They screwed up my wife's car a few times but she had faith in them and let them try to fix their mistake. They couldn't fix the issue and made more issues. I finally convinced my wife to try the dealership instead and the dealership DID fix her car and said there is no way Big O could've ever fixed the issue since it needed to be programmed by ***** When we called Big O on the issue they back peddled and blamed everything else. After I left an honest review on ****** reviews, the manager or owner of this ********** shop decided to sign me up on ********* "so we could network and share customers" even though I don't own a business. ********* is a website that is known as a scam website you use to barrage people with unwanted email. Why would a manager or owner of a business go thru that much effort just to get back at someone? Run your **** business honestly and ethically and you wont have reviews like this.
