Worst experience every!! Arrived 15 minutes early and waited ************************************************************************************************** a dirty cold room with a ripped couch to sit on. After 15 minutes vet walks in and wants to show me my dogs x-rays. I was shocked and said my dog did not have x-rays and she walked out with no explanation! Waited another half hour with door closed and dog shaking till I walk out and ask the girl in the office if they knew I was there and she rudely said we know your there and did nothing! Went back to dirty room with shaking dog and left door open in hopes someone would see me. Then the cleaning lady walked by and said to someone else I was going to clean the room but someone is in there and still nobody came. So after one hour of my poor dog shaking and nobody acknowledging that I was there, I walked out the door never getting any service!!!

Brought my dog in on a Tuesday for an obstruction rule out. Many other tests done that ended in hundreds of dollars more than what I was quoted after I left him there for the day for a barium study. Supposedly he had a fever and needed fluids right away and a food aversion test where they hold out food to him and see if hes interested. That was weird to me as by this time he was refusing all foods and water. He completely stopped eating and drinking after this day. I was told he was doing better and to bring him in Wednesday for one more X-ray to ensure the barium had passed. ** communication on anything during the entire event, anything I needed to know even when to pick him up as it was 15 minutes to closing, no one calls or answers the phones. 2nd X-ray was deemed clear and I was told he needed an addisons disease test. I was already waiting on several blood test results and mentioned I didnt have money to just throw at tests with no results from the previous. Stayed another day for more testing came to get him and he couldnt even walk but they said hes perking up he still had not eaten or drank. Thursday I was expecting a call with results and got a call saying they need to consult with the other dr about his results as they werent what they were expecting. **w the bloodwork from the previous day changes and he says he has low white blood cells when earlier it was high. I said hes getting worse what should we do he had no answer said ill call you back after I talk to the other dr. ** call back. Friday morning I used to emergency line and they responded 5 hours later asking what do you need. He died at the ** from a perforated intestine that they missed. ********* to do a necropsy she didnt believe that was the issue. She sure found it after he died. Once I left my review online she did not want to return my ashes to me or the refund she agreed on. She demanded I donate the amount to her non profit foundation in exchange for my ashes and refund.
