    This company has a nice website but is not easy to work with. Every part of the kitchencabinets, counter, backsplash--was done piecemeal resulting in sections (see photo) in which all three parts are not aligned. They subcontract to companies that do not work directly with their clients, so you always have to work through owner ****. Mesa Fully Formed left seam gaps on the quartz counter that are wide enough for water to seep into but they refused to check on this and **** did not insist on this being corrected. Though he is the contractor and presumably the supervisor, he does little supervising or coordinating of the various parts of the kitchen remodel, and does not always make his subcontractors correct problems. I had to call him to keep track of updates on stages, he did not volunteer information without a phone call from me. He does not tell customers what they need to know, such as the backsplash caulking cracking is "normal" which he claims, and it takes a long time for problems to be corrected--a month to correct the cracking but there are still gaps in the grout behind the faucet. ** ******** ****** ** ** ******* ** ******** **** **** **** ** *** ********** *** ****** **** ******* * ***** ******* ***** *** ***** Manager ***** is friendly, informative and masked which helps, as he does most of the actual physical labor. I cannot upload my photos of the counter seam gap, the grout gap behind the faucet and the misaligned cupboard and backsplash but I have these.

    100% all lies,! i have more than 400 text and emails many sent on saturday/sunday to make that case, i also have many pics of a beautiful finished kitchen that im very happy to send if you have interest to see the pics of the finished product we produce, the crack the client is referring to in the countertop was inspected three times, including one time by the fabricator, and the appointments, and schedule of the fabricator will validate that, i have been to this project minimum ten times after the project was completed to repair a cabinet door that was damaged by client, the cabinet door was removed, and refinished six months after the kitchen was completed, we did 100% not install a cabinet door that had a huge ***** in it because we produce the best finished quality product in Arizona, and all at a very competitive, and fair price, i have been back to inspect a leak in the kitchen sink, my texts will validate this, ( there was no leak ) everything was perfect, and professionally done, i have been back to inspect the sink, i even cleaned the sink for client, ( there was nothing wrong with the sink ) april 11 9:18 am ( text said don't forget the **** in the sink, and MASKS! in bold ) my team respected the clients demands! for mask even though no other clients requested/demanded the crew wear mask after all mandates were lifted, the pandemic has not been easy for many businesses over the past couple years, and there have been many opinions of what is ok, or not ok as for wearing mask while doing labor intensive work, once again if anyone is interested i am very happy to show demands requested by this client as in mask up just in the last few weeks long after any national, or local mandates have been enforced, ( my texts will validate this, ) one last thought since BBB will not allow me to post any pics of this project, please go to INTERIORREMODELINGBYSIMMONS.COM this kitchen is by request of client a white kitchen and take a look at the pics on my website, the kitchen will be the last, latest project uploaded on site after 5-20-2022 please enlarge all pics to see the crack in countertop ?? there is no crack! and all work is done up to and far above industry standards, thank you for reading, and have a beautiful day.

    This rambling answer does not address either the wide seam on the countertop, the remaining gap on the grout behind the faucet or the unaligned cupboard and backsplash. All this rambling does not address any of my complaints and is an attempt to attack me instead of offering to fix the problems. I can't imagine that future customers would find this a useful or helpful response to customer complaints. Other projects are not relevant as they may be fine (though we have no way of knowing), but my project still has problems that **** has failed to respond to or offer to fix! Rambling like this does not address the concerns or try to fix them but just cover up the problems and deny them. Anyone who calls complaints lies is clearly not willing to address the complaints but simply attack the customer, not something that would attract new customers I suspect.

    Please note the fabricator NEVER examined the gap in the seam, NEVER and I complained about it several times to ****; the fabricator came out once and did not even look at the gap which I did NOT call a crack, as **** says but which I simply called a gap in the seam.
