    *** THIS ISSUE IS 113 DAYS UNRESOLVED *** No payment has been made. No effort to resolve. On 5/23/2023 I was scheduled to have permanent LED lighting by LEVEL 5 LIGHTING, installed on the exterior of my home. Three Installers arrived early in the morning that day. They were initially unable to install the lighting because I did not have electrical outlets in the areas where they would require power. I tried to reschedule until I could find an electrician to install the necessary electrical outlets. I told the installers and their Manager - ************************* (on their phone) several times I would need to reschedule. ******** was very forceful with wanting the work to begin that day. Finally, after being pressured for several hours by *************************, I found an electrician willing to complete the work the same day. Level 5 Lighting seemed to be sailing through the first 2 days. On day 3, only 2 installers (no supervisor) arrived late & appeared like they had just woken up. Within the first 10 minutes of being onsite, a Level 5 Lighting employee drilled through the main water line of my guest house. The installer used no tools like a stud finder to avoid this mistake. The guest house was flooded, destroying over $150,000 in sellable online inventory from my business. The insurance company Level 5 Lighting had when they started my job, has since dropped them as a client and is refusing to pay for the damages caused by their former client. The Owner: ************************************** ************************* have refused to make this situation right. I was simply offered a half hearted apology, that seemed to blame the customer (Me) instead of taking ownership & a $100 gift card. Level 5 Lighting claims to have **************** will not pay anything out of pocket. As of today this loss has caused $49k in contractor billis; $150K in non-salvageable inventory and $39k in lost income, This number will continue to grow daily as items sit in storage, and more income is lost

    Made an appointment at a local home and garden show. Ultimately decided to purchase and was given up front price with an estimate of install time. After the supplies arrived from the manufacturer they contacted me for an install date. They were flexible with dates that worked for me and were able to install in just one day. Overall experience was simple, easy, and the lights look great. I love the ability to customize every light and color. Very happy and will be looking to add more lighting in the future.
