Contacted company to notify item received was incorrect, sent photos like requested. Was told it was shipped out Fri 9/27. Contacted via email requesting to cancel replacement order. Was told it shipped Monday yet did not provide tracking number. Requested 9/30 to cancel it I dont want it Ill send wrong item back and refund me. Contacted again 10/1 only to find out label was created 10/1 in the afternoon more than enough time to call someone to cancel the orderInitial Complaint

I saw a set of wheels on their website that I was very interested in. I sent a message via their quick chat asking if they had it in stock, but I did not get any response. I sent a message through their Instagram page, and I received a reply there stating that they have the wheels in stock and ready to ship. I placed my order, but I have not received any updates since. I sent an email inquiry, messaged their Instagram page, and called multiple times, but I never got a response. My order # is ****.
