I am disabled and I contacted this business because they offer in home service and I struggle to get out. I called them today with questions and the person I spoke to was not particularly kind or helpful but I still didnt really have any other options so I told him that I wanted to set up a call. During the time we spoke I mentioned that the prices he was quoting me didnt match his website and he never even explained anything about that to me. But he was very clear about me needing his companys help and he told me that all I had to do was give them a 1 hour notice and they would come out to replace my battery. When I was said I was ready to make an appointment, 15 minutes into the call when he was very clear on what I needed and he had promised to help me and even quoted me the inflated prices, he suddenly stopped talking and told me they couldnt do mobile repair. Thats literally what they advertise, it was entirely why I called and they actually quoted me a price and were telling me how to get the service and NOW they dont offer said service? I looked past the unprofessional treatment because I had no other options but this was too much. I asked to speak with the owner and a different man got on and claimed to be the general manager and I again asked for the owner whom he said was a HE and then this man said out of the blue he was also part owner which was strange considering he didnt say It initially and referred to the owner as a he. He refused to let me speak with the owner and harassed me further on the phone. When I asked for his name for a complaint, he refused to give it. Always a sign or great management. I want to speak with the actual owner of this company and I want him to make this right or to tell me this is how his business treats all its customers, especially the disabled and I want it publicly known how badly they treated me and how dishonest and cruel they were. Thank you!
