My Father, *********************** just turned 79. Last year he was in ICU for **VID and my sister attempted to take over his estate. I have been involved since after Thanksgiving 2021 getting things back to my father's autonomy.As far as my older father's story with some now memory issues as a result of oxygen deprivation from **VID-The rent checks from my Dad's few properties he owned went to Henry and Horne each month and they paid all his property taxes, rent, etc and my sister was paying his personal bills.At the time I stepped in, my Dad, trusting H &H could be trusting, had all of his bills also taken to H&H bc she had full access to his PO Box and had set up all online payments with her sign in etc. My father and I had to get my sister off his bank account as well bc she was siphoning money each month and he had no idea she was on it.A month of calling Henry and Horne 3 times trying to get eyes on what was happening to my Dad's bills and one phone call where ******************************* was extremely rude to my elderly Father, Henry and Horne refused to tell us anything until we set up a meeting with them. I live in ** and have been coming down every other week to help my Father. Henry and Horne were also not upfront or disclosed any costs for this meeting or what would be taking place.At the meeting on 12/28/2021, ******************************* and ******************* told us that they were not set up to pay my fathers bills Dec/21 and Jan/22 bc they did not have access to my Dads new bank account or knew the account number. After 45 minutes of a fight where I had my Fathers newly written Living Trust and his wishes to no longer have my sister operate on his behalf, they finally gave us my Fathers bills so that I could pay them online.This past week on 1/17/22 I learned from my Dads property manager that Henry and Horne had both Dec 20/21 and Jan 1/22 cashiers cheques still and charged undisclosed fees of $1692 for forced meeting to get my Dad's bills back.
