When we first engaged with your company after receiving a cold call, we were promised great results and a partnership with golf courses through your satellite imaging technology.Despite investing a significant amount of money, which I believe was around $2,000 to $3,000, we have not received a single lead or any tangible benefit from our association with Digital Fairways. It has become evident that your company does not have a direct partnership with the golf courses as initially portrayed, but rather operates as a separate entity using satellite imaging.I have made multiple attempts to reach out to you for clarification and to request a full refund due to the lack of results and transparency. However, my calls go unanswered, and I am directed straight to voicemail without any response.Furthermore, I have requested statistics on the number of current users per golf course and recordings of our initial conversations, which you have failed to provide. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.Given these circumstances, we are left with no choice but to consider filing a credit card dispute to seek a resolution for this matter.
