      Digital fairways reached out to me saying they were offering a one time cost of $399 for a year of advertising for my business. I never submitted anything for the advertisement since I got out of the business. I attempted to reach out and never got I. Touch with anyone who could help me. They have now charged me three times for a total of $1197 and havent given me any services.

      We were offered an opportunity to advertise. We were told someone would call us within 24 hours. They called and said they were going to discuss placement and then tried upsell me more. There was never an intent to help with placement unless we paid more money. I called a few times and left voicemails. No response. Never saw another email of what to do. Called more with no reply. Sent a text using the text they sent me and said i want to cancel. No reply. Today over a month later I get a new person calling to sell me as if I never signed up yet. The poor kid was baffled when I said I want to speak to someone about the issue. He gave me customer service, Called the number 5 times in a row and finally got an answer. The last Cheyanne claims that we had 24 hours to cancel. She was willing to cancel me with no refund. And kept reciting the 24 hour policy.

      On Monday January 29, 2024, ********************* from Digital Fairways reached out to our business via phone to sign up to get digital advertisement on a scorecard at a local golf course. He sent over Digital Fairway's W-9 to "prove" they are a legit company and informed us that it would be a 12-month advertising for a one-time fee of $399. We signed the "contract" they sent us, we gave them our business card information, and on Wednesday January 31, 2024, $399 was taken out of our business checking account. Fast forward to Thursday March 28, 2024, and another $399 was taken out of our business checking account! We attempted to call the main number of Digital Fairways and could not get ahold of anyone to dispute this or rectify this. My wife called the number at the end of the email "*********************" had sent us when he originally emailed us *************) from her personal phone number (which is an area code that is nowhere near where we live now), and the individual who answered said "Hello, this *****." My wife said, "Is this *****?" He said, "Umm... yes this is *****." My wife said, "But you just said your name is *****..." He said, "Well, my middle name is *****, so I go by ***** or *****." Not believing anything he was saying, my wife said, "Who do you work for?" He said, "I was just calling you to see what services you provide." My wife said, "You did not me. I called you." He said "Oh..." My wife said, ************* do you work for?" He said again, "I was just calling to see what services you provide to your area." My wife said, "What area would that be?" He said the area that the area code was from of course because it is a SCAM! My wife told "*********************" we know this entire thing is a scam, and we will be reaching out to the proper individuals about this. You cannot lie, scam people out of $798, and just get away with that. Give us our money back. Quit scamming people! We had to go change our bank card to make sure they didn't take any more money from us!

      Everything everyone else has said in these comments is true. They're doing it to me as well. Not answering my calls so I can cancel and I have absolutely no proof that they are doing what they claim (digital advertising). I called to cancel previously and they claimed they would. I recently noticed they are still charging me. Called to cancel again and get hung up on every time. I'm going to contact my bank and order an immediate stop payment and just eat it I guess. Stay away from them. Fraudulent af. I'm sure they'll pop on here and with some lousy excuse like they have all the rest. Save it DF. I don't need it and there are enough complaints here to see you're either fraudulent or GROSSLY mismanaged. Either way...

      I spoke with this company April 27, 2022. I agreed to the golf course advertisement for $500.00. It was a 2 year add. They called on April 29,2022 and talked ** into upgrading. Again... 1 time fee.Those are the only two receipts I have ever received from this company.I was charged 7/11/2022 $798 ( not sure how this amount), then $1500.00 again on 2/15/23, 6/9/23, 8/28/23, 11/9/2023, 1/26/2024 and 4/1/2024! I finally got to talk to someone on 4/1/2024, and i stated again, like i did on emails and phone messages we do not want to continue! He said this is our last one. I asked for receipts and copies of the actual advertisement, I have never received them. I will be cancelling my credit card so they can't charge me again!

      I talked to Digital Fairways and they sent me my requested statements.  They also sent me a statement showing I was paid in full until the end of the year and my contract would then be cancelled.  I am happy with how they corrected the situation.

      They fraudulently charged my card when there was 0 agreement on me paying them those funds. Blatant fraud. Scam artists, *** reached out and dont get any follow up. Had to block my card to prevent more theft taking place

      Paid $400, ad is distorted, not clear and visible. Avid golfer friends do not use or are aware of this Digital Fairways app, the company has not been able to give any statistics on how many people are using the app or how many viewers on average this advertisement will bring. The customer service is horrible and the company is a scam!! They take your money and run without giving you answers and factual information regarding your advertisement with them.

      Just got off the phone with Digital Fairways (1-2-2024). The caller was very upset that she could not convince me to buy the up-sell of a special par 5 placement and an additional year on the course for an additional $450. I let her know that I had already invested $399 on something that I wasn't sure was going to deliver an ROI and that I was not interested in the additional offer. She became argumentative, stating that it was her job to make sure that I got the best deal and didn't know what I wasn't understanding. I get that, and see that it would be a good deal if it weren't for the fact that this is new and I'm not sure still about the **** Came off a pretty condescending. I'm not sure I made the right choice in investing with them at all now.

      DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! SCAMMMMMMMM In April of 2022, I hesitated to sign up with Digital Fairways, prompting them to offer a more enticing arrangement by reducing the advertising cost. However, upon completion of the $399 (4/22/22) payment and approval of the ad, I was unexpectedly subjected to two additional charges of $800 (4/25/22) three days after signing up and another for $800 (6/14/22) the following June, contrary to the initially agreed-upon terms. I reached out to them and they claimed that these charges were discussed but my advertising budget is under $1000/year. So I would not have signed up with them if this was the case I now see from other reviews that I am not the only one and I believe that legal action should take place. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction during a renewal call in July, Digital Fairways assured me a discounted rate of $400 for a two-year term. To my dismay, subsequent to this agreement, unauthorized charges of $400 were debited from my account on both October 4, 2023, and December 4, 2023.In attempting to address these issues, I have encountered significant difficulties in reaching Digital Fairways' customer service. Despite multiple attempts, the calls were either dropped or met with unresponsiveness. Finally connecting with a representative, I was informed that the customer service department was overwhelmed and assured a callback, which has yet to materialize.The absence of a formal agreement, invoices detailing charges, or evidence of the app's effectiveness further compounds my dissatisfaction, leading me to question the integrity of Digital Fairways' business practices. I am deeply concerned about the apparent lack of transparency, unauthorized charges, and the overall experience, which gives rise to the perception of fraudulent activity.

      I was contacted in August 2022 about using the services of Digital Fairways. At this time, I agreed to what I thought was a one-year deal. They agreed to a price of $200 and three days later, Digital Fairways would take an additional $400. In November of 2022, I was contacted and told I could get on more golf courses surrounding my community and it would cost me $399.00. I agreed to this,, and after months of not receiving any calls, I became suspicious. Considering I went golfing and did not see my advertisement on the digital cards. In November 2023, I received numerous phone calls from Digital Fairways informing me they needed another $399.00 from my business for the second year. I was not aware I would be paying for another year, and their two-year agreement was very confusing. I never received any documentation from the business. During this call I told them I was going to have to think about paying an additional year. Today, while reviewing the business bank account, I discovered that I was charged $399 from Digital Fairways. I did not authorize this charge. When I looked about contacting the company to complain I discovered I am not the only person who has issue with this company. I want my money back immediately.
