I, too like other complaints received a call from Digital Fairways. Digital Fairways presented false advertising and misled me. The caller *********************** contacted me. ************** made it seem as if he was looking for a notary to work with the golf membership located in ***********, **. He made it seem that he needed a notary to perform services for that area. He made me think that my service (notary) would have the ability to work with him for 12 years.**************' attempts to fraudulently hold himself out as looking for a notary was no more than looking for my business to pay his company (Digital Fairways) money to build a platform for my business. After listening further to his sales pitch, ************** was advised by me that I am very capable of building my website. He was advised that I have a notary platform. Having listened to him trying to convince me to allow Digital Fairways to build me a website for notary services to link to Digital Fairways, I then asked him, "How much are these services"? He said, "$500 to build the website." I informed him that I could build my own. I am very capable of building my own, and I have been building websites for an exceptionally long time. He then tried to convince me further by lowering the price to $100. I said, "No thank you. Good day." Unfortunately, **************' purpose in obtaining notary services is no more than looking for unsuspecting small (or mid-size) businesses to pay Digital Fairway for website services. I made the mistake of falling for a deceitful pitch.If I see my name and my registered company name being fraudulently used by Digital Fairways, I will file a civil fraud complaint to include a cease-and-desist letter.Make sure you ask questions BEFORE handing out the name of your business name

Dear **** and the Digital Fairways Team,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Digital Fairways. When we first engaged with your company after receiving a cold call, we were promised great results and a partnership with golf courses through your satellite imaging technology.Despite investing a significant amount of money, which I believe was around $2,000 to $3,000, we have not received a single lead or any tangible benefit from our association with Digital Fairways. It has become evident that your company does not have a direct partnership with the golf courses as initially portrayed, but rather operates as a separate entity using satellite imaging.I have made multiple attempts to reach out to you for clarification and to request a full refund due to the lack of results and transparency. However, my calls go unanswered, and I am directed straight to voicemail without any response.Furthermore, I have requested statistics on the number of current users per golf course and recordings of our initial conversations, which you have failed to provide. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.Given these circumstances, we are left with no choice but to consider filing a credit card dispute to seek a resolution for this matter. Outbound cold calling agent ***** was disrespectful and rude when asked to be removed from solicitation calls

What a joke. I keep calling me wanting to give me Spot On the scorecard, I told him about the golf course by my house. Which was not real and they took it Hook line and sinker.They will s**** you out of your money. I don't care what they say con artists

We received a call from Digital Fairways asking us to advertise with them for our local golf courses. The agreed upon charge for one year of advertising was $399.00. I received a call from "Savanah" on January 12th, 2023, stating she needed a different credit card because the one they had on file was declined. I asked why she was charging my account when I already paid for the agreed upon amount in May, at which point she said I agreed to the additional amount, for no additional services. I said no, I did not agree to anything over the original $399.00 and that I wanted a copy of the contract or agreement, sent to me, via my email, and I would follow up with her after I received said agreement. Shocking, no such agreement was sent and upon further inspection of my account, realized I had been charges an additional $399.00 in July, $350.00 in September, $350.00 in November while trying to charge an additional $350.00 In January! I called my credit card company, disputed the additional charges, had my money returned, closed that account and opened a new one. The golf course that she said I was advertising at wasn't even the correct one! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!

We received a call from Digital Fairways asking us to advertise with them for our local golf courses. At first we agreed, then our bank declined our card. We googled the company and found multiple complaints. We then called our local golf courses (the ones the company said we would be advertising with), and they never heard of or use Digital Fairways. Just a heads up and to do your due diligence before giving these guys any money!

Scam. Took $800 of money and earned us 0 business

Total scam. No mater how many times you try and stop them they still bill your card.

I agree with everyone else, I wish I had looked them up before I signed up. Absolute waste of money. Total 100% scam.
