            Got charged for asking for no ice. Nothing shows on their menu an upcharge for no ice. They don't tell you they are charging you for no ice and you don't automatically get a receipt. After several times of ordering from there I realized the price I was being charged was incorrect and asked for a receipt and that's how I found out. The manager or owner when I complained said because they have to give more product then they have to charge more if someone says no ice. This doesn't make sense. I asked for no ice, not more drink. They simply had to just give me the allotted amount of drink less ice. Not arbitrarily charge me because they choose to add more drink.

            Our company policy has always had a .30 charge for no ice and we apologize for any confusion during the ordering process or inconvenience this has caused. We were in contact with the customer on 12/24/23 and reached out again on 1/11/2024 to gather additional information and are waiting to hear back so we can honor their request of a refund for the no ice charge. We have coached up our team to make sure we are communicating this charge with every order.
