I recently acquired a Heloc loan. All with good with processing, funding and title. What was disconcerting with the fact that I explained to the agent of my strategy to get one loan amount to encompass my entire expenses to have the 1st and Heloc only. Overall debt and LTV were qualifying factors. However, after contracting builders as planned, there was not enough proceeds to meet me agreed upon strategy goal. The cause contractors to threaten me. Once corrected, balances were not refreshed to ensure there would be enough moneys. Most of my debt balance amounts were truncated vs round-up, interest was not calculated either. At the end, I was short $1,500. I called and emailed the office to no avail. Poor follow up, inadequate internal communications and no sense of excellent customer service. No one to blame but poor internal systems to ensure profitable, smooth and seamless process. Remove production assembling line mentality.Review from Oscar P

Approved for a HELOC, something that most financial institutions don't offer or offer at an extreme interest rate. Painless application process. All representatives were friendly, had a quick response time for questions and information, plus they were knowledgeable. Provided options based on what we could afford. Nice to work with smaller lenders that care.Review from Chris L
