              Contacted Achieve on 5/14 to see if I could skip a payment. Was told they could refinance my loan at a lower rate and not have a payment until 6/28. On 5/17 they took out my old payment. Contacted them on 5/20 about issue. On 5/21 was told I should receive payment by end of week. As of today, 5/30, still havent received the refund back.
