      This company keeps sending me boxes of product when I told them I don't want it anymore. I'm sick of being charged $78 and telling them to stop over and over again.

      This company billed me for three boxes that I never received. I contacted them for a refund two weeks ago, and it has yet to be processed. DO NOT order from this company.

      I love the products! I dont like all the flavors, however their satisfaction guarantee switched out ones I didnt like. **************** has always been top notch. Only down fall is email takes awhile to get back. I take into consideration real people pack orders themselves and Oats Overnight are not big business factory. Be patient with emailing and shipping orders, other than that A++ from me!

      I ordered a "trial box" at their site and when I went to do a review I saw they had set up a subscription I never asked for; and were planning on sending me another order of the same favors. I could not find anywhere online to cancel it! That's slimy to me My main issue with the favors is that they are too sweet for me and my friend.

      I just simply checked out their website for oats. Just to see the flavors, I didn't buy anything nor sign up for emails.And now I'm getting emails! Their privacy policy talks about communication when I consent to it. Yet I didn't sign up for anything nor purchase anything and I'm getting emails. I won't ever buy from them now.

      Owned by a bunch of selfish, rude, and self centered individuals. I simply let them know that their commercial was false advertising and a lie, and they told me to "shut the h*** up". They also on another occasion argued with me about how they were right when I was informing another possible customer of their bad hospitality. I have screenshots. Overall they're overpriced and no one should support these guys. This company's run by a bunch of stupid college kids. They need help.

      I wish I could leave "0" stars for "Oats Overnight" customer service! I ordered their introductory box & was supposed to arrive 4/15. Order never arrived, I received notice from post office that there was not a sufficient address and order was being returned - I checked my account and all of the information I supplied to "Oats Overnight" was correct. I tried to contact them multiple times, only receiving an automated message. Yesterday I received message in email saying my order was delivered successfully and they hope I enjoy it!!! It was delivered right back to them in ************! I sent another email requesting refund - no response!!! Now I am out $56!Worst customer service ever!!!SAVE YOUR MONEY - GO BUY OVERNIGHT OATS AT THE GROCERY STORE!

      This company has NO customer service at all. If I could give this company no stars I would. I dont think they even deserve one star. In the last 7 days Ive emailed them twice and sent a message through their company site. I also just called them and every time it says to email then. You get a response immediately that says they will get back to you within 4 days and that is a huge lie. 4 days is too long to wait for a problem to be resolved. 7 days for a response is unacceptable. To continue to have wait for a response past that time is telling me that they dont care that THEY have a problem. Between the lack of customer service and not sending me what I paid for or what they promised is very frustrating. To get no help just makes it that much worse. I get a ton of emails wanting my opinion on the products they sent me. Problem with that is that I cant give a review of what I dont have. They get you with the discounted original order. The second order is a heck of a lot more costly. They dont put items I paid for in the order to begin with, and then they fail to put the in development flavor in the box or the surprise extra goody either. However they did put the card in there telling me that it was in the box. Another lie. Then you cant reach them in any way possible. Now they have my money and my missing and correct products. They do not hold up their end of the deal. I tried to go remove my credit card from my account so they will not continue to charge me for incorrect orders. They tell you to go to another company to do it. How does this not scream scam? They make it such an ordeal that the customer definitely feels trapped by this company. Again- right now they have my money, my incorrect order items and my credit card number. They need to get their customer service in order and stop telling the customer you will be important but not for at least 4 more days or more. Very disappointed and hoping others read this to avoid the same trap I feel caught in.

      Last week I received my first order, and it wasn't what I selected. I reached out via their customer support email address to see if I could get either a replacement or a refund. The auto-response says I may have to wait up to 4 days for a reply. This was a week ago. Since then I've sent them two additional emails with no response. You would think that a new company would do anything too appease customers. Not so with Oats Overnight.
