Put in an order for an item that their website claims in in stock, when I went to store to pick up the item, employee stated it was placed online and had to be shipped from the warehouse, online said it was in stock and item was in the store, store associate refused to give me a refund until item was shipped to store. They charged me for the item twice and did not provide both products and refused to provide a 100% refund immediately.Initial Complaint

I made an order with 4 items. They were only able to ship 3 of the 4 items. ****** refused the refund due to the age of the order (this was a preorder half a year in advance). They did not notify me of the refusal to refund ***** (for the one missing item) and kept my money and never shipped the item, even though they wanted to imply they did. Which was a lie and I see no proof of such a communication.I have tried contacting them multiple times and it took them a long time. They also even proceeded to try to put the blame on me and that it's my fault I didn't investigate enough on the issues with the item. This somehow makes it okay they have not refunded me or provided me the item. I have never seen a company try to blame someone else for them not to be able to provide the item. I refuse store credit because I will not shop with this company again. They owe me money and I have every right to get my money back. I do consider this theft at this moment.
