Missing W-2 They told me I wasnt listed as an employee but I received direct deposits from them into my checking account.Business response

Previous employee of ours who was with my company for a short time. Called into our office Thursday, February 23rd stating that he was in the middle of filing his taxes when he realized he never received his W-2 and wanted a copy as soon as possible. Our office manager explained that she does not handle the tax documents personally and would speak to myself, the owner, to get the copy of his W-2. We use a well built HR system called "Insperity" that provides each employee with a secured and personal account where they can find all their documents. My office manager reached out to him to verify if he was on payroll or **** at the time in which he did verify he was on official payroll. She then asked for his home address to ensure there was no address change in which no response was given. My office manager reached out once more on Tuesday, February 28th to remind him that he has access to his portal to obtain any document he needs. On Wednesday March 1st we received confirmation from Braedon that he was able to retrieve his W2 from the secured portal. We ask that this be removed due to the unprofessionalism from a previous employee that acted before giving us any time or change to discuss the situation. He stopped communication with us and went on to post this complaint which does not seem right. I would like to notate that in no way or form was he ever denied his W-2 or told that he was never officially on payroll.
