This business owner is an absolute FRAUD. We went through her to schedule a cleaning and she charged a $25 deposit which seemed normal. On Friday, September 9, we went to pay, I thought the price was $105 and she said it was $130. I asked about the $25 deposit and she said it was gas money and stuff. This would then be a fee, not a deposit as she stated previously. After she left we went to check out her work the following day and she literally did NOTHING. My fiance and I ended up cleaning for 4hrs to make up for what she did not do. When we spoke with her, we got random excuses... her employees were late, she didn't inspect what they did, etc. We then asked for our money back and she has gone rogue. Don't use this service as she's an absolutely scam and a fraud. She also threw her cigarette butts all over our patio.Business response

I do remember this particular client. First and foremost the client paid a Groupon price for the cleaning meaning there where things that were exempt from the cleaning. The clients didnt not read the terms and conditions like most of the Groupon clients dont and when those things are not done they make bad reviews and claim its a scam or fraud. I was explaining to her husband about the deposit being transparent mentioning some of the things we use the $25 for such a gas, supplies etc. We have crews and with Groupons we are going sight unseen to every property so we require a deposit fee because of the instances where the clients are not moved out of homes, hoarder homes, distressed home, not present to open the property etc. Our terms and consditions state that if you would like one of our crews to touch up something we will happily come out in 24 hours to rectify the issue. This client didnt not do that started to "reclean" the apartment and then proceeded to text me demanding a refund. She didnt abide by the guidelines of our terms thats why she wasnt granted a refund. I even offered her a deep clean for free at her new residence she agreed to that. Then she texted the next day saying she would like a refund. Most of the Groupon clients do these sorts of things they get the full service and if something is not done that is advertised in the ad they didnt read they leave a bad review or if they paid cash they want a refund.Customer response

we reject her response as we have multiple photos, which we sent to the business owner, showing nothing was done. There is nothing in fine print showing what is excluded in the move out clean, on Groupon or her website. The website does not mention anything what the $25 deposit entails.
We reached out several times asking for a refund based on the lack of cleaning completed, and no response. It is not things outside the Groupon was done, there was nothing cleaned. We spent 4+ hours cleaning a vacant apartment.
her Groupon states Skilled professionals perform cleaning services to banish dirt, grease, and bacteria, leaving the house looking impeccable but we have proof our counters were not clean, windows not clean, mirrors not clean, and floors not washed. Previously we had our carpets done by another company.
the business owner told my wife because nothing was done, she offered to clean our home for free since nothing was done and she apologized for not cleaning. she put blame on her team which when I stopped by, she was there alone and when my wife as there to enter, she was alone. If she apologized for not cleaning, why would she offer a new cleaning for free?
lastly, the cleaning said Deep house clean is only valid for up to 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Not valid for refrigerator, trash removal or dishwashing. We cleaned those appliances which had no problem doing. We had a 1br apartment
we reject her response as she knows nothing was done and was embarrassed, which is her quote. She admitted the job was not done and we simply want a refund
