    Recently, BBB has received a pattern of complaints for this company that allege billing, advertising, service, repair, contract, and customer service issues. Some complainants report that when they contact the company regarding the removal of the reports, the business may inform the complainant that they must pay a fee (usually $2,000), to have the report removed and/or arbitrated.       This website Rip Off Report is set up for people to anonymously slander and malign individuals and businesses. It becomes a public search result using a search engine. Damaging reputations without proof or evidence. It does not allow the ability for the company / person to defend themselves or remove this information from the internet. Rip Off Report is damaging livelihoods.

      File a rebuttal and explain your side. 

      Best to make things right with the customer so they can come back and update the Ripoff Report on how you made things right with them. 

      Everything today is all about Reviews. 

      You don't even give your name or a link to the Ripoff Report about you so everyone can see what the complaint is about. Why? 

      What you posted is false. How can i get this complaint you posted removed? I can't.

      Received an email demanding a ****** of $30ooo in bitcoin to have a bad review removed from ripoffreport.com The review does not accurately reflect anything our business has done. We have emailed them multiple times following the instructions on their website with no response even though the email was received. Multiple phone calls have been made but there is always someone on the other line and call back later, when we call we get the same individual who pretends to have no clue weve already spoken.

I WENT WITH RED POCKET COMPANY AND GOT MY **** IN 3 DAYS....*WITHOUT PAYING FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING* NOW...8 DAYS AFTER THEY RECIEVED THE **** BACK I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED THE PROMISED $46.08 **DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU.       I bought a cellphone case from the company call FLOCASES and never received the product, the website suddenly disappeared, if the did this to me, how many people do you think got taken by this company, Please track them down and stop them from ripping customers off.

      ******* wireless aned Trac Phone are steeling computers they went threw the ******* network and strait threw to my business network and destroyed my business this has been going on for 3 years they mixed up all my computers on thier sever so i cannot get any of my business info i had a motherboard with my business info on iit the m2 drive is locked and facing a d drive dvd drive so my business is destroyed they tok down ****** worth of equipment pcs and a server this is my wife's sever im on because i cant get into my business they are using blue tooth and wirelesses in my home. I bought one phone and im taking it to at&t ******* group is a bunch of Phonies and cowards i have not worked in three months we are everyday looking for an attorney and nobody is helping us the cops are a bunch of phonies also you call them they come after the person that calls they cost me and my wife ****last year. we need elp ******* stole ****** dollars in equipment they are controlling me and my wife these are not business owners but cowards and phonies. my business software is all locked up and there is about ********* in total the computer ****** said we cant take them to court only small claims court the ******** system is designed for the thief.       This company is run by Liars and thieves I was hired as a coach the manager lied to me, she told me to lie to members and she lied to my fitness manager and then she stole my check. when I contacted the district manager she did not answer my phone calls or my texts so I contacted their corporate and they said the owner would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours it's been one week he hasn't contacted me.. When I contacted them again they were not interested in helping. This company is very badly run. It's like I. The 80's when Health clubs first came out big and some owners thought it was the latest gimmick and they would practice all their dishonest games.

      I made a purchase from Vida Bella Creations for 10 ********* tumblers for $163.00 through her Shopify account. I sent an email requesting tracking information, then I messaged on Instagram. The owner Melody replied stating she was trying to locate the buyer on IG. Which is fathoms me, what was the purpose in that. When all she had to do was fulfill the order. She provided her cell phone number and made contact. She has given me the run around about providing a tracking number. Still have not resolved any resolution.

      Ordered a dog bed from an online company that basically said it was going out business. The price was quite reasonable so I ordered one for my dog at a price of $11.98. Thank goodness I screenshot the page to prove this. I got the PayPal receipt and they had charged me for 8 dog beds. I double checked my original transaction screenshot and confirmed I had only ordered 1. I emailed the company and it bounced right back as undeliverable. I called the number on the website and it does not belong to the company from which I ordered.

      I saw an ad on ******** with Shark Tank endorsing a product called KetoBurn. It was a special - two bottles for $33 or $39, I cant remember. After putting all my information in to buy this for my daughter, including my credit/debit card number, the check out cost was $249.00. There was no way I could go back to the page to cancel. I DID find the phone number of whatever the company is and they said they would only go down to $150.00. IF I returned the product, they would credit my account for the remaining amount. Im not at my home inn *******, Im visiting in **** until January 1. I dont trust this company to credit my account even if I send it back. I have no idea how the price jumped ti $249.00 , which I NEVER would have purchased had I know.
