On January 7th early in the morning My devise was locked out of nowhere I couldn't get to work that day and had to get a ride When i attempted to call the business to see what is going on, they let me know that i will need to go into the store and get it reset (with an additional fee of course) and in order to get there they will call me 45 mins before the appointment time to give me a temporary code to turn the car on First, they didn't call until 20 mins have passed, gave me the code and by the time i got there, 4 mins late to the appointment the store was closed.I tried to knock on the door and no one was there and i tried to get a hold of someone through the phone and was kept on hold for an hour total Still no one helped me and i ended up being starnded on the road, late to work and have no idea what to doInitial Complaint

Reason why I am making a complaint about QuickStart Is Its wrong but not refunding on an overpayment Is this not stealing ?
