I've called multiple times to the billing center and no one has returned my call. I pay this company close to $500.00 per month for their service (which is awful). I've left many messages with no return call. This is not good business practice.

I spent almost 10k in what was supposed to be software to build unlimited web sites. I have built one but cannot get it to show up successfully online. I have been emailing and opening support tickets. At first I received responses but now no matter what I do i get no response. I just want customers to be able to access my website or my money back.Business response

We have received the complaint submitted by ***********************. We would like to thank you for your assistance with this matter and for allowing us to provide a formal response.
First, we want to make clear this is not a Crexendo account.Crexendo provides world class cloud communication, this account was sold by StoresOnline, which was a separate division which no longer sells services. The complaint does not relate in any manner to Crexendo telecommunication services.
We dispute the allegations made by *********************** and believe there is no entitlement to the refund requested.
This purchase was made 2008 over fourteen years ago! We dispute the allegations raised but point out that the Statute of Limitations expired over ten years ago.
*********************** is demanding a refund because ****** was sold software to build unlimited web sites. I have built one but cannot get it to show up successfully onlineFirst of all there was a site that attempted to be built Original license ******* affordable turbo it was set up but was never published. *********************** starting hosting on 6/1/2009 and then deactivated that site on 2/11/2010. Again, almost twelve years ago!
The claim that other sites should be built is fanciful. When the purchase was made the customer was entitled to have a web site built within sixty (60) days of the purchase. That time period has expired by almost fourteen years ago! StoresOnline no longer has the capability nor the staff to build web sites as the obligation to do so for customers expired well over a decade ago.
There is no ability to provide the services requested, nor is their any legal or other obligation to issue a refund Again, we believe that this request is neither timely nor appropriate.l us why here...
