We first met with our designer ***************************** on December 3 2020 to have a pool built and backyard landscaped, he told us we would be swimming in June the next year. There were many delays in getting the initial design done and approved, we met in his office to pin materials but were clear on not ordering until we made a final decision. We were told pinning these materials would hold our place in line to get started on the build. It did not. Materials we didn't order started to arrive and we were basically told we were stuck with them. We were told we couldn't make changes to certain things that we hadn't finalized because it was ordered without our consent. Pool excavation didnt begin until June 2021, when we were told we would be swimming. Materials were delivered to the center of our driveway blocking access to our garage. Our project manager at the time **** told us he would move it in 5 days, it took weeks. There are still some materials blocking our access in our driveway. Delivery happened in spring 2021. **** quit or was fired & we had no project manager for a long time. We are currently on what I believe is our 4th project manager who we have yet to meet. When something gets done, nobody checks it was done correctly so there are more & more delays and 75% of the time we have a crew here, they are here correcting a mistake, or correcting a correction that was also done wrong. We still do not have a completed pool in January 2022, we pulled back the scope so they could focus on completing the pool. Crews have damaged our property and as of this year one crew comes one half day a week only to repair a mistake. We are being asked for more money but the quality of the work is awful & they are using unlicensed subs to complete bad work. We have tried to talk to upper management but we are ignored. We aren't making progress working with *********** need help finishing the project and getting what we paid for. Our time is valuable & the stress has been immense.Business response

We appreciate the Halls taking the time to provide us with feedback regarding their project. We acknowledge that we have failed to meet the estimated timeline for project completion, and are actively working with the Halls to address their concerns. While current market conditions have made a significant impact on material and labor availability, we are working towards a resolution directly with the client. As we move forward, we have committed to a weekly on-site meeting with the Halls and are increasing our communication all around. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service, and would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the lack thereof up to this point.We appreciate that the Halls have chosen to continue working with us as we move toward the completion of their project.
