I'm surprised by the quick response I got when I requested a warranty service for my front yard. The team was friendly and super efficient! Thank you so much.

The job is not finished! We have settled all billing for our pool and landscape with Creative Environments. Moreover, we paid extra because their team damaged a part of our landscaping and then billed us for its replacement! Pool start-up and landscape plant replacement, along with necessary adjustments, are pending tasks essential for the pool's use. Despite our efforts to schedule this follow-up through calls and emails, it remains unbooked. We advise anyone considering Creative Environments to retain a significant holdback as a security measure for their investment. Our experience has been unsatisfactory, and we would not recommend Creative Environments for full-service landscaping and pool services.

They totally revamped my yard, turning what was once pretty ***** into my own serene escape. Right from the get-go, during the design phase, I could tell I was dealing with true artists. They listened closely, brought some incredibly creative ideas to the table, and walked me through what the journey would look like. The installation process was just as impressive, handled with such care and professionalism, it was clear they take pride in their work. The transformation was beyond what I had imagined, and I'm just so grateful for the magic they worked.

The whole experience with this team from start to finish was pretty impressive. Kicking things off with the initial consult, I felt they were really in tune with what I was looking for, setting a positive tone for the project. Moving into the design phase, I was blown away by the creativity and thoughtfulness of their ideas; it was clear they were committed to making something special. The installation phase did stretch out a bit longer than anticipated, but watching the meticulous care and effort they put into every detail, it was understandable and ultimately worth the wait. When it all came together, the final look of the space was just incredible, a total transformation that went beyond my expectations. All in all, I'm really happy with the outcome

Pros:- The whole journey from start to finish was laid-back and stress-free.- The transformation of our outdoor space was nothing short of spectacular.Cons:- While the end result was amazing, managing expectations throughout the process could be improved.

The work they did? Absolutely beautiful. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but let me tell you, it was worth every extra day we waited. Every detail was handled with such care and precision, it's clear they're committed to quality. And when the final piece of the puzzle was in place, it was just a sight to behold. The space has been completely transformed, and now it's like a little slice of paradise right in my backyard. So, was the wait worth it? Absolutely, yes. The outcome speaks for itself, and I'd go through the wait all over again if I had to.

We purchased a home where Creative Environments built a Ramada & new pool. When we purchased the home from the previous owners we were told that the ************* were just finished and it had a two year warranty. The Ramada now after a year has a tons of settlement cracks. I contacted them to mud & paint, which is agreed upon under warranty. They refuse to cover it because we are the second owners. Im in shock. The warranty should still be in effect since it is in the 2 year warranty period. This is a permanent structure just like the home we purchased which has honored the two year warranty & fixed all the settling cracks. Im also upset because now I realize they will not cover any issues that *** arise with the pool. That is unethical, if there is a two year warrantythere is a two year warranty. Regardless if the home is sold or not.

If I had to do it again, I would not use Creative The customer service is disgraceful. They made assumptions of where the gas line would go at the house without talking to the builder. When they were wrong, they charged me over $2,000 for a change order. When I asked to talk to the designers boss, I could not get the name of the individual. The crew that worked on the pool, left garbage in the pool and yard from their half eaten lunch, to soda cans to cigarette butts. When I brought this to their attention I got a sorry but no one came to clean it up other than my wife so our dogs wouldnt eat the food. They also didnt bring their own hoses to fill up my pool. They turned on the water and left and never told me how long it would take to fill the pool and when to turn off the water They missed deadlines.They provided a schedule for the last two weeks of work and after week four, the designer told me that it was an estimate and in construction deadlines dont mean anything, theyre just estimates. You mean, you cant make a deadline in the last two weeks of a project?? The designer provide me with confirmation on certain garden beds that would fit in my yard during the design. During construction, the beds were too big and had to be reduced. The issue is that this cost me an additional $2,000 which she was also not willing to reimburse me for when she made a major mistake. When I demanded that she show up that day with her boss to rectify she said she had appointments and wouldnt come. You mean, my deadlines were not important, but having another appointment is? When the construction team was showing me the issue with the garden beds, I called the office to get ahold of the designers boss, I was told that they didnt know who her boss was and I would get a call back, which I didnt. I also told the designer that I wanted a meeting with her, her boss and the project manager. Her boss was a no show again.
