I asked this business to come out and give a quote for servicing, maintenance, and filtration systems added into our machines. This company came in, and did nothing that was on the invoice. I would not file a complaint if I didn't feel like I was completely taken advantage of. They came out to complete the services and afterwards I learned that half the appliances weren't actually cleaned, two of the machines have stopped working all together, too much cleaner was out into one and now we've been told we have to replace the machine all together and They Price gouged us and will not make it right in any way. As you can see they wrote out all of what they were going to do but did not fulfill it. They offered to come back out but "aren't sure how much more it's going to be" It is absolutely unacceptable and now we are having to pay almost triple to get repairs done from what they broke and the original maintenance that was already supposed to happen.Business response

We tried to take care of this customers needs by offering to return free of charge to address the issues the young lady stated she was having but she refused to have us back out.
The ice machine in question was deemed not worth repair so we did not go any further with it nor did we install a filter on the unit.
We always take of our customers we just need the opportunity to do so.

They said and I quote "We can come back out for free but we don't know how much it is going to be moving forward to fix the repairs." There would not be repairs if the service was not botched from the beginning. You just stated that you didn't install filters or service all ice machines, which would have been fine if you told us and didn't charge us. The whole thing is money gouging and until things are made right by that I will in fact keep complaining.Business response

I had our technician write out a report on all of the service performed but the **** character limit BBB puts on this response would not us give an accurate detailed work order.
What I am willing to do is give a 15% discount off as a "goodwill" gesture. The refund would be $186.20.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is going to have to suffice. I don't see this company having the integrity to do what would actually be right so I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
