I'm trying to pay my space rent. I was restricted to do so for the month of December. I went to the office to understand why? They said I received a 14/30 notice. I asked for what & why? They refused to explain. I found out a 3rd party who was hired by this company I acted and behaved in a way which was a slander against my name. I believe I'm experiencing harrrasment and discrimination against my petson from the 3 managers at this location. To make all parties satisfied I wrote in hand an affidavit to confirm I will obbide by company policy. Thereafter I was told in petson or a recording I have by the assistant manager that on December 22nd 2022 my restrictions would be lifted *** that I'd be able to pay rent. On the 22nd I checked the online portal and was blocked! I called the office and they said I could pay on the 6th of January without any late payments attached. I called again today to make payment. It's the 3rd of January 2023. When I called they immediately hung up on me. I called back and asked if I need legal representation? They hung up on me again before saying my lawyer can speak with theirs. I came to the office today to be ignored and looked upon as an irrantance to these woman by my heritage. They were speaking in Spanish to a resident then spoke to me poorly refusing to help. My daughter who is 15 1/2 was there as a witness to see the verbal abuse I experienced. I went online seeking corporates number being directed to a location in **********. I left a message with a woman by the name of ******** who returned my call and was confused why the system has there offices listed as they don't represent the location I'm at. She did further research to find it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach out about my complaint to anyone and suggested I contact BBB as is she due to this discrepancy! These woman here are taking advantage of misinformation and ganging up upon me knowing what they are doing is illegal. I've search free services online and no one can help me...
