************* Mobile Home Parks AKA Silver King have messed up my monthly bill for 7/1/2022, 8/1/2022, and 9/1/2022. They have not billed me correctly for Electric, Water, and Gas. For the monthly bills for 7/1/2022 and 8/1/2022, they said I used ZERO electric, water, and gas. I noticed that they used all the same meter reading since 5/11/2022! I still paid $1100.00 each month knowing that they would correct it at some point and I would owe a big bill. Well even after that the 9/1/2022 bill states I owe $1,145.15. I would like someone at Silver King to take a look at this and correct the issue. This happed last year for my 10/1/2021 bill. They were using my 8/4/2021 meter readings then. So there is a trend of not correctly putting in meter reading for this company. They corrected it last time but this time it's happening again. I've sent notices to our Manager **** but never got a response.Initial Complaint

I've contacted the property manager about an incorrect billing on my October 2021 and November 2021 Utility bills because I was overcharged. Unfortunately they didn't see a problem and just said to submit a complaint. I've sent in a complaint and several other letters to the owner and copied the local office asking for a response. The only thing I get from the local office is a copy of all the statements for rent minus the actual meter reads that is where everything stems from.October bills usage numbers Previous reading ***** KWH Current reading ****** KWH Billed 2019KWH November bills usage numbers for previous reading should have been the above current reading instead they mistakenly used the numbers previous numbers from the October ****.Novembers usage numbers for the previous reading should have been the current reading above ****** KWH The meter turned over therefore the low number for the current reading being 1465KWH I was billed **** KWH I should have been billed **** KWH Overcharged KWH 443 KWH I wrote *******************************, the owner and copied the manager detailing the **** mistake being they mistakenly used Oct **** previous numbers instead of using the ending number for the October as the previous number on the November ****.I don't know who inputs the readings for them could be an easy mistake to make. My electric meter turns over at a certain number and starts over. I'm not sure how they got the ****** figure, since I believe the meter would have started over at ******. I need someone to help with this matter as the office and owner seem not to care about overcharging their tenants
