      ORDER Incomplete. ****** @ MARINE AND REEF ADMITS THAT THEY CHANGED THE ADVERTISING LISTING 2pack-Python 25 ft. No Spill ************ w **** & 24" Extended Length Gravel Tube Bundle IN 3 WAYS: 1)STOREFRONT Saltwater Aquarium, 2)NUMBER OF ITEMS WAS DECREASED 2 down TO 1. 3) 2 PACK BUNDLE WAS removed. These changes following my CONTACT with customer service about my INCOMPLETE ORDER.(I HAVE PHOTOS, ******************* UPON REQUEST.)According to my messages from AMAZON customer service on 1/22-23/24 Communications were addressed to Marine and REEF. According to THE PROVIDED PHOTO FOLLOWING CONTACTING AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE ON AMAZON. PYTHON***2024-01-23 at ******** AM THE PURCHASED LISTING CHANGED. SEE ATTACHMENTS. MY INVOICED PURCHASE order WAS placed WITH THIRD PARTY SELLER STOREFRONT Marine and Reef SEE ATTACHMENTS. AFTER CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, SEE PHOTO, THE LISTING WAS CHANGED IN 3 WAYS: that I purchased my items from see attachments. I have provided copies of communications I have had with the seller regarding MY order is incomplete. In the attached correspondences, this ****** identifies as a representative of Marine and reef. WHY DOES THE LISTING SHOW SOLD BY AND SHIPPED BY Marine and Reef AS WELL AS THE CHANGED LISTING Saltwater Aquariums. SEE ATTACHED ********************* Can you please help me to understand this conflict of identity that corresponds with my order being incomplete, the listing changing after I contacted customer service and deceptive trade practices. MY PHOTOS establish by clear and convincing evidence that the other party (MarineAndReef) engaged in bad faith conduct, misrepresenting and misleading advertisements WHICH are prohibited Unfair or deceptive trade practices.

      The customer was dissatisfied with the product we sent to her. We told her she could get a free return label and return the product for a full refund. I would think this a more than fair resolution. Instead she is demanding that we give her the product for free or give her extra product. She is also threatening to give us negative reviews all over the internet and on social media.

      Sent a broken aquarium. Stand arrived weeks after I'd returned the tank. Shorted me for the stand on the refund, plus return shipping. Would not give a return label for the stand I did not need or want. Lost $240+

      The customer complained that the aquarium we sent them was broken. The aquarium was returned to our company, but it was not broken. The box was not even opened. Perhaps the customer heard some movement of product inside the box, which is normal because there was a pump, hydrometer, cleaning magnet and filter material inside, but that wasn't broken glass. This was a simple return. We deducted the shipping from the return as we need to pay ***** for shipping. If a customer does not wish to keep a product, we're happy to take the return. But the customer is responsible for the shipping. This is our posted policy and it is only fair that those who wish to return products pay for the return rather than those keeping products subsidize the returns.

      This company will only ship with ****** When ***** lost the package, I asked for them to ship via *** or any other company besides ***** and they refused. So I can not use this company any more since my package was lost and my Christmas present will not be given to my loved one. They offered my money back, but it's too close to Christmas now. If they can't give an option for shipping to their customer, then we can not in good faith give them anymore than one star. That's the cost of Marine and Reefs decision to lock into one shipper.
