My wife and I just closed on our new home in ********** and wanted to thank ***** and the AZ Financial, LLC team for a wonderful and seamless experience. We began looking at houses last year just to get an idea of the market and what we wanted as we were relocating from *******. I needed a mortgage and was given Scotts name by a mutual contact. He called me within 2 hours of reaching out to him, and throughout the entire process, he was helpful, informative, and patient for which I was grateful as I had never done this before. Not only did he successfully complete a home refi & cash out at record low interest rate, we became friends throughout the process. ***** got to know me and I felt like he truly had my best interest instead of making a fee. He made sure I was comfortable with what I was doing by explaining things twice to me if I needed. I'm an accredited businessperson and I put a great importance on ethical business practices. ***** and AZ Financial did not disappoint. We inquired about refinancing two properties and they gave us numerous options and ultimately advised against refinancing one of the two.
