    I visited the Acura of Tempe dealership on August 21, 2023, and purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Blazer (Vin 3GNKBBRA1LS6953.76). I financed the vehicle and purchased two warranty policies. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not meet my overall expectations, so I sold the car on November 29, 2023. My first attempt to cancel and request reimbursement for my paid warranties was on January 2, 2024. I called and requested to be transferred to the finance department, but the line went unanswered; I left a voicemail and had anticipated a callback. Every day leading up to January 5, I called and was transferred; the line would disconnect or prompt me to leave a voice message. On the third attempt that same day, I expressed my frustrations with the front desk representative and was transferred again. However, this time, a gentleman, *********************, picked up the other end of the line. I explained that I wanted to request a reimbursement for the warranties as I had sold the vehicle. Shortly after getting off the phone, he sent me a cancellation quote listing the policies' price, retained amount, net refund, and cancelation date (01/05/2024). The total amount owed back to me was ********. I signed the document and sent it back. He emailed me the following day (01/06/2024), stating that a bill of sale was needed to verify mileage. I provided him with the ***** of ******** statement that listed the odometer reading; the document is notarized and has the signature of both the buyer and me. Since then, I have continuously followed up via email and left several voice messages. I was left with no correspondence. It has now been ten weeks, with no other places to turn. I started to read previous complaints for this dealership, and I noticed one identical to mine; it was resolved after filing on the BBB website. I am unsure of how to go from here. I am frustrated and tired of leaving countless voicemails and being hung up. Hopefully, this complaint will result in some course of action.
