Hires underage non-** citizens who come and damage your property/possessions. The "owner" ***** (***************** who doesnt do the labor) claims he stands behind his work. Claims I did not tell his workers to use common sense and not pressure wash all the stucco off the building then leave it on the floor and never return to clean it up or remove any of the masking tape/paper etc off the building. I guess thats my job to manage his mexicans. The guy runs and hides and tries to cover up the ** work his day laborers put out. Claims he will do right and hasnt responded to or has avoided all contact and invoices for months while attempting to tell the BBB that the claim was resolved. I honestly could have done a better job painting the entirety of the unit with a 1" chip brush. The owner probably doesnt even know what that means. Ive provided numerous pictures of over spray, missed spots, cracks, chipping, damage from pressure washing, damaged window screens etc, and never once has the guy said "you know what we did a bad job let me come personally fix this for you" he deflects all blame to the management company because i personally was not the one to call and hire them. DO NOT EVER ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO STEP FOOT ONTO YOUR PROPERTY

Hello *******, First of all, you did not hire my company, it was your ***. They are all very pleased with my work there except for you. It is a shame that you want to spread falsehoods on the internet. I was not obligated to return to your condo complex and spend over $16,000.00 out of my pocket to fix all the peeling buildings when it was out of warranty. I did it since it was the right thing to do. You should be thanking me like all the rest of the owners at your ***. When you have paint chips in your yard and damaged screens, an obvious response would be to call my office or let my crew know about it. If you had taken this logical step we would have cleaned your backyard the next day and replaced the screens. Instead, you threatened the *** with a lawsuit. When that didn't work you started putting bad reviews against my company. I still offered to compensate you for the landscaper and window screen company you claimed to have hired. When I asked for the invoices you offered one on your company letterhead for $850 for cleaning up paint chips and replacing a few very old window screens that were likely dry-rotted. It also makes sense that yours is the only unit that claims damage to window screens or clean up when we painted and worked on about 40 units there. I WILL NOT BE BLACKMAILED BY YOU. Anyone reading this will soon see a separate review from the *** president that will share what actually happened here.
