I placed an order online 6/1/2022. On 6/13/022 I emailed the company to get an update on my order. On 6/15/2022 I called the company during their business hours and their voicemail box is full. On 6/17/2022 I went to their website and it states taking a smoke break. Well right back along with their email address. No one has emailed me back or called me. My order of $29.95 was deducted from my bank account the day I purchased it from their online store. I really wanted my products, but Id prefer a refund at this point.Initial Complaint

I ordered merchandise from the company, the address was auto corrected, I fixed it before the item shipped and when it did ship, it was sent to the wrong address. I contacted the company, the company said I needed to contact the local PO, I contacted them and they said they couldn't do anything unless the company hadn't sent it yet. I reached out to the company again and they didn't respond. I continued to e-mail them and they did not respond. I called the number listed on their website and the message said they were not answering phone calls. I have not been able to reach this company to remedy this situation and receive a refund.
