We were assigned to Aaron Pools through our home warranty company. It's always a ****** with the home warranty vendors BUT!!! Aaron Pools has definitely gained our trust & respect! They resolved our issue within the timeframe they said they would (which to be honest was much quicker than we had expected being summer & all!) and communicated with us along the way. The technician, ****, provided exceptional communication & set clear expectations while the front office folks were INCREDIBLY friendly & kind each time we spoke to them! WOULD recommend!!!

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with **** from Aaron Pools, who was sent by my home warranty company to inspect and fix an issue with my malfunctioning pool heater. To say that my experience was disappointing would be a massive understatement.During his first visit, **** conducted a superficial investigation and concluded that there was a problem with the heater but couldn't identify the issue. To my shock, he then submitted a report to the warranty company claiming that everything was in working order. This level of incompetence is simply mind-boggling. It's as if he didn't even attempt to understand the problem, let alone fix it.Frustrated by the lack of resolution, I called my home warranty to schedule another visit. To my dismay, **** didn't bother showing up at all for the second appointment. Astonishingly, he had the audacity to submit yet another report, asserting that he had examined the heater and found no issues. This blatant dishonesty is not only unprofessional but also speaks volumes about the integrity of this so-called technician.It's clear that ******************* the necessary skills and diligence to handle even the simplest pool heater issues. His incompetence has not only wasted my time but also jeopardized the integrity of my pool equipment. I am appalled by the level of service provided by Aaron Pools through their representative, ****. I strongly advise against entrusting your pool-related concerns to this company, as they seem more interested in producing inaccurate reports than actually addressing and resolving issues.

*****************, I apologize for your frustration on your pool heater. However, I would like to clarify a few things first. Your home warranty first American sent us your work order and had us go out to see what was going on with your pool heater. Our Tech **** who is one of our master pool heater techs when out and saw that your heater wasn't working due to your heater by pass was open. which he did show you at that time. A week later you asked to send **** back out and he saw that the heater was shutting off after 30 mins. He submitted the report into First American your home warranty and they per your policy decided not to cover it. I then reached out to the local reps and they told me that they would go ahead and fix it. So, we called again to get authorization to fix the heater and again they decided not to cover. So, I do apologize for your frustration, but I would push you back to your home warranty to see why they are not covering your heater. However, we did also leave you a quote outside of home warranty if you decided to go that route. But please keep in mind that this has nothing to do with us, It has to do with your home warranty company and the policy that you have went with.

I don't know if the owner has changed in this business, but something is definitely shady. We used to have great experience with this company through our home warranty company, but now we realize they are like so many companies that the warranty sends out. It is so sad to see such a decline in a business we trusted.

********, Im sorry that you feel the need to write a negative review on my company because you disagree with our findings. please complain to your home warranty company AHS that covers your equipment and ask them why they denied us from fixing your equipment. however your equipment pad is completely cracked and is crumbling and is the result of your filter and pump leaning which cause your pump housing to crack. As stated before we have no control of your policy as it is a contract that you signed with AHS. I do believe that BBB is for reviews of our company if we did any work at your house. WE HAVE NOT DONE ANY WORK AS YOUR HOME WARRANTY SAID IT ISNT A COVERED ITEM. but again i hope you have left a review with them since they are the company you signed and agreed to. best of luck.

When stuck with pool issues, ***** pools are the best! ***** has come out many times with his professional advice, always able to give recommendations and fix parts that we ve had leak or go out of service. I highly recommend ***** or any Aarons pool personnel

We found Aaron Pools through our home protection plan. They have provided absolutely excellent service. Can't remember the first time we used them, but we've had them repair and eventually replace our pool pump, clean the grids, other misc issues. They provide great communication as far as scheduling, arrival time, as well as updates throughout their work. **** came out yesterday to reseat our pool rail and he wound up finding a way to repair it for even less than what they anticipated. Excellent work. Highly recommended!

Consumer Beware!! Aaron Pools, Inc. does not correctly troubleshoot or diagnose problems. They will perform tests and produce fake/incorrect diagnosis to get you to buy something or pay for a repair that is not necessary. This is not an exaggeration but an accurate experience I personally had. The repair they recommended (leak in canister) was not a problem at all - this was verified by 2 ************************ companies. Don't waste your time or money with this company. You have way too many choices in the greater Phoenix area. I have had positive experiences with ******** pools but you have plenty of other options to choose from. Let my experience be a free ****** for you - DO NOT give this company your money!!

***, When we accepted your work order from your home warranty company, we called you and asked you what is going on with your pool equipment. You stated that there is air in your system. When we go out to diagnosis your system we have to call into your home warranty company and see if things are covered. Since we do not have any way to see your policy you signed up for with your own home warranty company, They let us know what is covered after we send in photos/videos of the issues. I apologize again that you are frustrated that we found your leaf canister is broken and was pulling in air. I again apologize that your own home warranty doesn't cover that part. We did leave you a quote as well when they let us know that it is not covered under your agreement. We understand your frustration and hope that you can understand that this is an non covered part through your home warranty agreement and we are happy to replace it outside of warranty.
