After months of paying my rent with money orders, I received certified mail from Treehouse Communitites saying that I owed ******* in back rent. This was the first communication I ever had from them regarding any unpaid rent. On one envelope there was an old PO box. Why would they be sending any mail that wont reach me to an old address? And the *********** never forwarded anything to me if they were sending mail to the old address.The gal at the office where I live says there were no rent postings to my account for months, and said that the mail I sent them had been returned. I never received anything back from them. Today, 02/21/2023, was the first time i received any kind of contact from them. There were no returned envelopes with money orders in them from them. I asked the girl at the park office what happened to all the money orders I sent in? She said she didn't know. I don't blame her. I tried calling them today but there was no answer.Initial Complaint

I recently purchased a home in this park and was told prior to the purchase I would be able to get internet service with a speed fast enough for me to work from home. After moving in I found that there isn't an internet provided that can provide me with the speeds I need. The main office at the park can't even get the internet speed they need so how in the world did they tell me I could. This has created an issue since I have to now drive 45 minutes to my company's offices to work. This issue has been a problem for well over a year. The park refuses to bring in a major internet provider (fiber) with faster internet speeds. So sorry I purchased a home here cuz now I'm stuck.
