I have been getting the same form letter at least monthly if not more often from HBSB holding for over 2 years. A month ago I left slightly unhinged message telling them to STOP Sending me these... I will NEVER use them and it has been over 2 years and today I got yet another one. They always make it look like it is personal correspondence instead of spam. I am greatly offended by the waste of paper and resources sending me something that will NEVER bring them any business... if after 25 letters, it is time to stop.Business response

Thank you for your message. I apologize for any inconvenience we've caused, that certainly is not our intent. Our records show that we did receive a call from you on October 16th with a voicemail requesting to be removed from our list. Per your request we have removed you, however, our marketing is set up in advance and can take up to 90 days to go into effect. So please rest assured knowing that we have removed you from our list to avoid any inconvenience, although you may received another marketing piece. Kindly we ask you to just throw it away.

I am tired of receiving letters from ********************* from HBSB Holdings, LLC that who is asking to see if that they can purchase my property or Homes that is not for sale! I asked ********************* to remove my name and address in the past from his mailing list and yet I still get a letter from ********************* today on 04/08/23 again. I do not want anything to do with ********************* and or HBSB Holdings, LLC and my property or home is not for sale! If I wanted to sell my property, I am perfectly capable of doing this myself without people and companies that clearly flip houses for monetary gain. Stop bothering people!!!Business response
