Gryphon has been amazing to work with during these challenging supply chain and labor shortages. ******************* was there for us in the beginning providing that reassurance that Gryphon was going to take care of us. I truly enjoyed working with ************************* and the guidance he provided along the way. Whether it was decisions on how to fix things correctly in this **** home, support in justifying the supplemental claims, to his advice in handling the difficult plumbing company. His expertise, professionalism, and compassion earned my confidence and trust in a surprisingly short time frame, which was paramount in getting through the hurdles we experienced this past year.Review from Danielle E

BUYER BEWARE!! This roofing company is a bait and switch scam. I signed a binding CONTRACT with them in August 2021 for a new roof. My install date was October 27 2021. They never showed up for the job on the promised date and told me I was never added to their schedule!! Not only have I now waited 3 months, they then advised me that my job is now going to cost $4,000 MORE than the original promised and agreed upon quote. The estimator negotiated the price with me and had many opportunities to catch any unforeseen mistakes. Although a contract was in fact signed, apparently they are written so that they can cancel and change the prices of the job at their leisure. After multiple requests for Gryphon Roofing to Make it Right and abide by the original contract, and after I had waited 3 months for their service they told me that they would not do the job for the original price and left me out to dry. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and untrustworthy organization. They make their customers wait excessive amounts of time to then stand them up on the day of service while raising their rates regardless of a signed contract. Do NOT use this company for ANY reason. They will s**** you over and they do NOT care!!Review from Anica H

Very professional! They came out and fixed both of our roof leaks in a timely and professional way! They will be the ones I call next time.
